Staying with Allie was a real joy. She's a beautiful person you made us feel most welcome. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Overall it was a most enjoyable stay. Thankyou Allie. Peter & Kay K

Comfortable, private, large room with air conditioning within a house on a no exit street. Lovely facilities within the room, including tea, coffee, herbal teas and an ensuite. I loved the breakfast. Best meal of the day! I enjoyed a lovely evening walk around the Whanganui lake.

Our host Allie was really helpful & welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean & modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Bed super comfy. Room nicely decorated. Nice welcoming and good assortment of teas in the room. Breakfast consisted of homemade items.
Some shampoo and conditioner would be nice. We were on the road and didn’t have any.

It wasn’t anything we didn’t like - just that a night light in the bathroom would’ve been helpful.

Excellent facilities and a very welcoming host. Beautiful room, ensuite, great aircon and shower, quiet surroundings.
There could be disturbance from guests above and the house is quite far from Whanganui Town centre but worth it to stay in such a lovely place.

Great location, setup and host.
Shared space with the other room (below in our instance) did mean it can be a bit noisy with other people coming and going but wouldn’t put us off returning.

The room was beautifully decorated, well equipped and spacious. There was a simple but very tasty continental breakfast. The host was very welcoming and was able to make recommendations for a number of restaurants and activities in the area.
