Under belly storage, self leveling jack system, black water clean out, outdoor shower, and 8 gallon hot water heater that is electric and/or gas (never run out of hot water) All slides have awnings and the RV features outdoor speakers and a full size porch awning... RV will have bed linens, towels, wash cloths,hand towels and dish rags. Also will be fully stocked with cookware, silverware,cups, and plates Enough for 6 guests. We will also furnish dish soap, hand soap, toilet additive and toilet paper (please only use RV paper), trash bags, and paper towels. For outdoor fun we have a beach cart, folding table, small tabletop grill with 2 small propane bottles, and outdoor collapsible trash cans. All you will need to bring is your clothes,groceries,and toiletries. If you have any special requests we will make every effort to comply with them within reason.
