Very comfortable annex to owners house. All mod cons, including a washer/dryer that was not mentioned when we booked. Excellent location to get anywhere on the island. Friendly hosts.

The perfect location for exploring the island. The accommodation is very well appointed, with everything you could possibly need. It is very spacious, well looked after and extremely comfortable.

The property had everything we needed, it felt like home away from home and really enjoyed being able to
make meals instead of eating out every night! the washer made it great to keep on top of our laundry throughout the week and thankfully we had amazing weather so was able to take advantage of this and use the clothing line however the washer was also a dryer!

The hosts couldn’t have done more for me. They were attentive and very friendly. The place was lovely and clean and very homely.

We loved the decor and thought the pictures didn't do it justice. It was very cosy. The location was very good just a few minutes drive from Shanklin, plenty of parking, lovely hot shower and it was great to have the skylight windows to allow the fresh air in and keep it cool of a night. The kitchen was generally well equipped, plenty of games and DVDs if that's what you want. Despite my other negative feedback this was a very good accommodation. The Fighting Cocks pub is a few minutes drive and serves a good meals.
Dinning table seats need replacing as uncomfortable (had to use the sofa cushions). No TV instructions and Sky box instructions, took a few days to understand as we don't have sky and if using TV on its own kept loosing signal, The built in cupboard/ wardrobe is to small and low and needs a light, suggest people take a cloths rail. The head height is very low on one side of bed and my partner kept banging her head when getting up and using the cupboard.

The Location of the property was superb, less than 10 minutes from Shanklin and Godshill. The property has easy access to main routes and trips to visitor attractions and interests were generally no more than 30mins away. The property is well proportioned and has all the facilities that you will need with off road parking directly outside.
Nothing. We encountered no major issues or downsides during our stay and the owners were very pleasant and accommodating.
