Everything was great. The only thing I did not realize when booking was that the outside shower was shared, not that big of a deal. But other than that the house was clean and cozy. I did stay with my elderly parents who had some difficulty getting into the high beds, just FYI for those planning to stay with older folks. Otherwise no issues, thank you for the stay!

We stayed here with our toddler and had an amazing time. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We found it easy to babyproof if you have young kids, too, because there aren’t any indoor stairs. Great proximity to a quieter part of the beach!

This property is very nice. Photos are accurate. The condo is about 1000 sq feet and since we were vacationing with our college-aged children, it was a little tight. Location was good. It’s about 5 blocks to the beach. The beach was still very quiet in early June at the First St entrance so we elected to drive down to the 8th street beach entrance to be closer to the Boardwalk stores and chair rentals. A/c works great. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Beds were comfortable. We had an enjoyable vacation.

This property was a perfect fit for a weekend away with the family. It was clean, in a great location and the owners added nice comfort touches. It was nice to have all the space for a family of 5 for a reasonable price.

This home was beautifully decorated, super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Parking right at entrance and being on 1st floor made luggage and in/out so easy. Mattresses were comfy and like new. Very quiet lovely neighborhood and location is perfect. Owners were exceptional with hospitality and communication and made the entire process smooth.

We rented this house for my niece's wedding at the OC Yatch Club. The location was great and we loved the house! The only thing I would recommend is to bring baby proofing items if you have toddlers. I wish we had brought a couple of gates and many outlet covers. Also, don't bother with fitted sheets for the two queen beds, just use flats sheets. Our fitted sheets were average sheets but the mattresses were too high for them so we used the flat sheets on top of the Mattress and got under the fitted sheets. We truly loved this house and would definitely rent it again!
Ps, regular k-cups worked great in the coffee pot!

This is a lovely first floor apartment that had everything you could ever need!! Beautifully furnished and decorated, well equipped kitchen and SUPER CLEAN!!! Very easy to communicate with the owner. Wonderful front porch for relaxing!! We will be back!!

We have 4 young kids and thought it may too small but it was actually perfect for a beach place! Loved our stay, everything was very clean. We loved the front porch and outdoor shower! Joe was very easy to communicate with! Thank you!!

We were looking for a place close enouth to the boards, but not within area of high traffic. The situation was perfect for us. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, with roomy front porch and well-functioning outdoor shower. Would stay here again!

Lovely stay, amazing location!
We absolutely loved our stay! The location to the boardwalk was perfect. After years of staying directly off the boardwalk, the peace and quiet was a exactly what we were looking for. The front porch was one of our favorite locations and the house layout was perfect for our family. Joseph was great about communicating and greeted my family as they arrived at the shore house. We look forward to future visits here.

Home away from home
What a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and inviting. We didn’t really use the kitchen, if we had, it provided everything a family needed in order to prepare meals. If we ever decide to visit the area again, this will definitely be the place for use. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality ❤️

Couldn’t ask for nicer. The location of the home was excellent it was roughly 2 blocks from the beach. When you were walking in you were wowed by the decor. The town is so homey and Safe feeling we walked everywhere. They also have bicycles you can rent unless you take your own to ride around the town. Just an overall great stay would do it again.

Joe and Cheri were terrific hosts and their property was clean, updated, and a lovely place to stay! A quick walk to the beach and a quiet block to enjoy a family vacation. Would certainly recommend this place to others!

Ocean city stay
This location was perfect for us ! The house is adorable and very clean. It would be so much nicer if towels and linens were included , as well as minimal toiletries: soap for the shower, hand soap for kitchen , small shampoo and conditioner … also couldn’t use the tv the Roku was blocked

North End Charm
This charming North End property is in a great location convenient to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and bay. It is super clean and comfortably decorated. Although it is updated with all the modern conveniences there are still many characteristics of a historic home. Joe was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. It would feel like a warm hug from an old friend!

Cozy pre-season spot!
We had a wonderful few days at Mr. Quinn's home - even despite the rain and cold temps! The house was cozy & comfortable, beautifully decorated and was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The bunk beds and "fish" room were a big hit with our girls. We appreciated the tin foil and Pam spray that were in the kitchen as we forgot our own and the location was great. Highly recommend!
