Our stay was great. The place was clean and had all the essentials we needed. We had direct access to the lake by walking out back door or door from the bedroom. Bath House Row was about a 10-12 minute drive from the condo but the price of the rental made it well worth it. Highly recommend.

We came to get the change of scenery from flat Texas, and come to the mountains in Arkansas. It was so nice being right on the lake and next to almost everything! We definitely want to come back again and stay here, it was very reasonably priced and great accommodations

The condo was well kept and had a great view of the lake. Just a few miles from Hot Sprongs National Park, it was perfect for us.

It was a wonderful location that was quiet and tranquil. The ability to start and end the day by the lake was very peaceful.

My husband and I are in our late 60's and found this condo very accommodating. The bed is super comfy! I would probably add a bed lamp on each side of bed. The kitchen was super stocked with everything we needed...a plus! Furniture was comfortable and TV was great! View out back door was stunning! Will definitely be back!

Property was just as advertised, no surprises. Had all the coffee fixings which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

This was perfect for our stay with our two dogs while we waited to close on our new home. Very comfortable, and had everything we needed. One caveat - this is a lower level condo, which was great with the dogs but the steps down were a bit steep and might be a problem if you have any mobility or balance issues. The location lost one star because the driveway in/out has real visibility issues and the road it's on is very busy.

This is a very clean property in a wonderful location close to all the events. I am a very light sleeper and since this is a condo I brought my white noise generator and I slept like a baby. I give the place 5 stars.

Owner Brian was great, very attentive & responded quickly when we had a question. The property is well maintained and in a lovely area centrally located to most everything around Hot Springs. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

We greatly enjoyed our week in Hot Springs and staying at this property. We cooked and ate all of our meals at the condo. The kitchen was well-stocked and made that an easy process. We loved being able to walk out the back door onto the lake. We would love to come back!

Perfect location and having the boat slip makes it so much easier. Will stay here again!!

We had such a great time last year here for my birthday, just had to do it again this year. Location on lake is perfect for kids. Was able to teach my 8 year old niece how to kayak in the cove and wasn't worried heavy boat traffic. We absolutely LOVE this place and make such great memories here. Hoping to get one more stay in this summer yet!!

Condo was great.

The location of this property was perfect for what we had planned. Conveniently located for shopping and site seeing. Plus a quiet retreat on the lake.

We loved being right on the water, bed was comfy & was pleased with the amount of towels there were. That's a biggie for me. Only a few minor things, like dog hair on the floor which stuck to our socks and neighboring condo had a dog that continuously barked. Overall it was a great time and we will be back.

Started out great. Decent property but owners personal stuff is everywhere. Filthy disgusting old goodwill furniture, bedding, dishes etc. Looked past all of it. Checked out and got a message accusing me of damaging then repairing the damages. Then charged my card for something I did not damage and he wont fix.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere the condo provides. The closeness to the lake was a plus. The back patio was one of our favorite spots to sit and relax. . We loved that we were within 10-15 minutes from most all of the activities we chose to do. The owner was kind, and very quick to respond if I had a question. I would recommend this Condo for a small family, and would stay there again.

The location is a short drive to downtown and the NP, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and Lake Catherine State Park for hiking. It was very relaxing and peaceful being on the water. My wife and I really enjoyed the nice condo, steps away from Lake Hamilton. We enjoyed several days of fishing off the dock. The kitchen had most of what we needed to prepare our gourmet meals. The second full-bathroom and king-size bed were a definite plus. We really enjoyed the location being close by the bath houses, Sam's Club, Walmart and Starbucks. We would definitely stay here again.
