A lovely warm house in a good location near to town. Communication with Bren was excellent and she let us check in early as the house was ready.

Location was excellent, close to everywhere we needed to go, being able to walk to a supermarket was great. Loved the decor and furnishings, compact but cosy and comfortable and enough room for 4 adults. Back garden is lovely to sit in the sun. Peaceful home, friendly neighbours. Host Bren was responsive and helpful when we had a question.

Nothing major...missed having a full length mirror in downstairs bedroom.

Fantastic Hosts, lovely home had everything you wanted, hosts made sure we were happy and comfortable, not far from town centre.

Exceptional facilities and very well equipped

I thought this was an exceptional stay. The communication from Bren was the best I've experienced. The house was cosy, welcoming and had everything we needed. It was about 15 mins walk from the centre of Cheltenham.

It was perfect for us. People should just be aware (if elderly or infirm) that the stairs to two of the bedrooms are quite steep and the bathroom is downstairs.

we were a group of friends who loved everything about this property. it was decorated really well, very well equipped, comfortable beds, lots of lovely little touches (like board games, fluffy towels, well thought out welcome pack, pillow spray, great artwork, lovely shampoo and conditioner and a tidy garden which was a sun spot). it was like a home from home.

there was nothing we didn’t like - it was perfect throughout.

The home was beautiful inside and in a great location. It was snug for our family of 5, but we are so thankful for the experience of staying in a home like this. Bren was amazingly helpful!

Nice layout

Very cozy rooms and decoration. The kitchen has pots and pans for you, if you want to cook. Living room has a big TV and fast internet, which can be handy on rainy evenings when you can't go out. There is a nice garden where you can enjoy your breakfast or evening coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Host Bren was on hand to help us settle in and answer any queries. The house is in a great location just a short 10 min walk into town through a park. Waitrose is 5 mins away. The kitchen has everything you need with good sized fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Clean and well maintained with lovely decor and comfortable beds. The small garden was a great addition to sit outside.

The bathroom was lovely but situated downstairs behind the kitchen. The property would benefit from having an extra toilet/shower upstairs.

This property has everything you need and feels like a home away from home. Its a very easy and short walk (15 mins) into the centre in what felt like a very safe and secure location. Bren couldn’t have been more helpful and was a pleasure to communicate with. I couldn’t recommend Millbrook House any more if I tried!

We liked everything and we were very comfortable at this property. It was well equipped, warm, very nicely furnished and we could even take our dog!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The property was superb! It really exceeded our expectations. From the convenience of getting the keys, with parking space, well-maintained property to complete house facilities and amenities which made our stay comfortably great! We are so grateful for the welcome treats basket which made our holiday more special and memorable. It was an amazing experience for all of us. We would definitely recommend this property with our friends and hopefully can stay there again when we decide to visit Cheltenham again or at the other locations.

Lovely house, just as described. Very clean. Host was always available and helpful. Host organised parking which was great. 5 min walk to Waitrose, and 10 mins into town.

Bren is a brilliant host . She's flexible, very accommodating & easily contactable. We were in between house moves and so it was so helpful that Bren without hesitation removed decorative & specific items requested to accommodate all our personal items/luggage we brought along. Useful storage in the bedrooms. The separate study with excellent wifi ( suitable for our IT based business) was a big plus. Beds fine, note though if you prefer firm like us that bed in main bedroom tends towards med-soft, springy. Quality linen. Kitchen well equipped including sharp knives. Living area off kitchen has very comfortable dining chairs but space was a little too tight for 2 adults, teenager & large dog. Free parking directly outside in street for our two cars was no problem. Location excellent with Waitrose 5 min walk, parks & good paths for walking dog on doorstep, main shopping area & restaurants also within easy walking distance.

We would recommend a washing machine/tumble dryer combo as we struggled without a tumble dryer in winter. For larger items we used 'Washing-done' laundry services 5min drive away who were good.
