simple check in process, without much fuss.
Too bad it is in Cyberjaya. Itll be nice if its near the KLCC or Bukit Bintang.

Easy check in and check out, very responsive customer service / host, many shops nearby and accessible, host’s initiative to promote Hari Raya package until the next morning stay, after service is also very nice from the host.
I was transferred -
The first room was not as expected for the price. Room was old and small with damaged wardrobe and doors. Neighbors were loud and can be heard from the room.
The host is kind enough to transfer me to other room, which is total opposite of the first room. I managed to have a good rest before starting my journey again!
