Our stay could not have been more perfect. Our daughter was getting married at a local venue and this property offered everything and more. Tim and Andrea responded quickly to our questions and were most accommodating. The house was clean, furnished beautifully and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Even though we rented in December, we were able to enjoy a quick stroll on the boardwalk, only one block away.

This was our 3rd year to stay at this wonderful condo that fits our family of 11 with ages from 1 to 87. We’re already booked for next year. The condo is located real close to the boardwalk and beach. The garage and elevator is a bonus!

What a beautiful home! It is exactly as described/pictured and was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was very spacious, comfortable and check in/check out was very easy. The location can’t be beat - right next to the boardwalk, which was great with a young child and grandparents. We loved our 4-day stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone! I would definitely rent again.

Our family of 12 (ages 3 to 66) thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property during our stay in OCNJ. Everything was as promised, and the elevator was a great help. We experienced great communication with the owners, and highly recommend this clean, spacious rental. With just a brief walk to the boardwalk, we couldn't have been more pleased with the location. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented for my daughter's wedding the weekend of NYE. So not only was the home beautiful and very clean, the location is fantastic! Saw the fireworks on First Night from the deck! Can't say enough great things about our stay! Thank you Tim, awesome house!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The home was comfortable for our combined group. Check in was very easy and the home was spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for our group, just steps to the beach and boardwalk and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants on Asbury Ave.

Perfect Spring Break Get Away
This amazing property accommodates all age ranges in a comfortable and spacious environment. The elevator was such a help for my elderly parents and the living space was so great for entertaining. The location is perfect and I could sit on that porch all day and gaze at the ocean a block away. I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful location and top notch accommodation for our weekend stay for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen had ample room for casual family supper. We loved the deck and proximity to beach and boardwalk. Can’t say enough good things about interaction with property manager/owner. Highly recommended!

(We brought a bunch of stuff, such as hand soap, but probably did not need to bring so much.) It would have been nice to not have to worry about bringing or getting bedsheets and towels but it was a wonderful place in any case.

Perfect property, great location, wonderful host!
We had a wonderful week in Ocean City! The condo is very spacious and perfect for our large group with ages ranging from 3 to 85 years. The location is just off the boardwalk and we really enjoyed watching the Ferris wheel from the porch in the evening. The private elevator was a real bonus. Tim was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had, even the silly ones. We are already booked for next summer!

Location, location, location!
The location of this property is hard to beat! I have been to Ocean City several times, but never have I stayed so close to the boardwalk and ocean. We all had an amazing time! The property was super clean and the owners were very responsive to questions/concerns. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ocean City.
