Once again the perfect spot for a few days in Ogunquit! Accommodations were excellent, the rooftop deck is a great place to have morning coffee and evening libations!

The property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is great for shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It is very well-appointed and the hosts are a pleasure to work with. Already looking for another weekend to book!

It was a perfect first solo vacation without the kids. The roof terrace is amazing!! I sat up there and read and watched the world go by. The unit is small, but has everything you need. It is close to the beach and Perkins Cove. I walked everyday, getting in over 20k steps.

Great spot downtown. The deck is an added bonus. Shower stall is a bit small if your a bigger person like me, but you don’t spend much time in there! Overall a nice spot without the hotel vibe.

The location of this property is fabulous. You are one street away from the beginning of the Marginal way and downtown Ogunquit with its shops and restaurants. Everything is walkable and you’ll love this when you see the constant line of traffic on rte 1 and downtown. The inside space was nicely decorated and clean. I loved the blinds that were quality and blocked out the light in the am. The terrace was nice too. The space is small but room is maximized with shelves, drawers and finally, hooks to hang up towels, jackets and hats. We used the toaster oven in the am for breakfast and then ate out for lunch and dinner. Leftovers went in the fridge for later. We didn’t miss a full kitchen. I would stay here again.

All good except for the air freshener and heavily scented linens. It gave me respiratory issues

Owner is easy to work with. Highly recommended for couples who want to be close to town.

While on the smaller side it has all you need for a couples stay and is right downtown near all of the shops and many restaurants. A little under a mile walk to Perkins cove made for a nice walk and exercise

We enjoyed our stay at Lee’s place in Ogunquit. We ran into the property manager as soon as we arrived-she was wonderful. The location was great and was very clean. We loved the terrace and spent a few evenings out there.

Very nice property. Close to town, short walk to beach and all your needs. Roof top deck is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee!

This was the second time I’ve stayed here and I just love it. It’s perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants and the porch gives it a little flare. Looking forward to the next time I book!

Wonderful property walking distance to town and beach. The deck is a great addition to the property with lots of privacy. Host is responsive and even left waters and snacks. This was our second visit and we will be back again.

Great location and we spent a lot of time on the terrace (when home). Close to The Front Porch, beach and Village Market. Lee and Dena were always available. Needed some with TV, otherwise, it was perfect Highly recommend.

This property is simply perfect. The location is ideal and easy to get to everything. Furnished perfectly and plenty of space for 2 of us. The weather was so nice for the whole weekend and i was able to sit out on the deck and get some sun. Just love this wonderful property in a beautiful place by the sea!

Emphasizing Perfect! The property is in a great location - easy to walk to all of the shops and Marginal Way! The room was spotless and larger than it appears in the pictures. Well appointed with refrigerator a toaster oven and coffee maker and plenty of hangers in the closet and the towels were spa quality. The host is very responsive - I had a few questions before getting there and they were promptly answered. We felt very welcomed in this beautiful place by the sea. We like having a separate entrance and the outdoor terrace was wonderful to sit outside. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

We stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved the unit. It was spacious enough for the two of us and the attention to details was well appreciated. The location was great, easy walking to downtown, the playhouse, and the beach. If looking for a weekend away, you can't beat this place.

This petite Terrace Suite is so thoughtfully laid out and beautiful, you will want to return again and again. The private deck and beautifully appointed suite is all you need for a long weekend or even an extended stay.

Lovely property and delightful owner. Property was immaculate. Owner was very communicative and friendly, and there is a lot of support available if needed (we were given three different contacts). It's a small interior space, perfect for a couple of average or smaller size, and the terrace space is ample with a table and chairs as well as two loungers. Utensils/plates, toaster oven, and coffee maker provided, but not having a kitchenette isn't an issue because why go to Ogunquit if you're not going to eat out all the time? AC cools the room down in just a few minutes, but you usually don't need it because opening a window and the door to the terrace (has a screen door) creates a truly magical cross-breeze. You couldn't ask for a better location -- five minute walk to Shore Road where the majority of restaurants (and best, IMHO) are (also the entrance to the marginal way), and another five minutes to the beach. Overall fantastic experience -- will book again!

Very organized, clean and welcoming room although it was a bit smaller than we thought. Upstairs terrace is great for breakfast in the morning. Turn off the smart speaker for privacy. Would recommend and go back.
