We came in for a long weekend and this was the perfect solution. Easy walk to downtown Annapolis, clean and cozy with all the amenities. Marie was wonderful! We hope to return soon!

My family of 5 and other family of 3 (both with young children ages 1-6) stayed for a long weekend for a USNA reunion. It was the best location for our visit. A lot out favorites are walkable for dinner and play. We were able to walk to the academy each day and out for drinks at night. The house is very clean and well outfitted with bath and kitchen amenities. We did end up bring a baby got for the stairs. Our oldest kids loves the upstairs room for sleeping and playing. We definitely hope to stay again for another trip back!

We stayed in this beautiful house for a week with our family early August. The house was perfect for our family of 6. We especially enjoyed the location, in the heart of Eastport and Annapolis. The check-in process was very easy and the host super nice and easy to reach for any questions. Highly highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great property in charming Eastport
A perfect little cottage for a stay in charming Eastport. Walkable to everything and a well-appointed property with everything you need. Comfortable, cozy furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, easy check-in/out, and plenty of space for our family of four. Thanks for making our stay so easy!

Cute cottage and great location
Great little cottage and loved the location walking distance to downtown Annapolis as well as lots of great restaurants. We especially loved the kitchen which was well-stocked and perfect for cooking big family breakfasts. We did wish that the house had a few more dining chairs - there wasn't enough seating for all of us at the table. And we could never get the upstairs cool enough for comfortable sleeping - it was especially bad the first night. Might have been nice if host had turned on the AC prior to our arrival - maybe then upstairs would have gotten more comfortable by night time???

Great trip to Annapolis
Our family had a wonderful time at this property and our hostess, Marie, was fantastic. She did a great job with communicating before our arrival and she was very responsive when we had a question or a need. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The house was very welcoming, well decorated, clean and comfortable. We were there with friends for the weekend and had everything we needed. We were very close to downtown; we could walk everywhere, but felt tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion is that the outdoor seating should be improved. As nice as the front porch was, more seating could be added. And the backyard had no furniture, but a nice patio, and adding seating and a table would make the positive experience in the house even better!
Additionally, we had good communication with the property manager. She was very flexible and helpful. So thanks for a great weekend!

It was a great trip for the sisters, nieces & cousins!
The owners did a wonderful job on the renovation!
The kitchen / living room space is so comfortable and inviting, same is said for the porch and front yard. Beds were comfortable, 3 car driveway parking is a major plus.
Only wish there was a backyard table & chairs to be part of nature, it is a nice piece of property!
