This was our first time to the Topsail Beach area. Great vacation. The condo is updated with everything you need for a great stay. The ocean view from patio is awesome! There is pool that is rare for this area which was a nice plus! I would highly recommend!

My family of 5 (kids ages 6, 9, 11) visited for 4 nights the week before Labor Day. The property is just lovely. Appearance is exactly as represented in the photos. Thoughtful details were considered- extra pillows, beach towels, beach chairs and towels, board games for a rainy day. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need (minus food, obviously). Even in a 560sq ft space, all 5 of us felt very comfortable. Weather was still super warm and comfortable for the last week of August. Plenty of beach time and good waves to play in. The pool offered a nice break from the sand. Tropical storm Idalia did come through. The day the storm was coming in was gray with off and on rain. The owner offered to come bring lightweight items inside the day of the storm, but it was easy for us to do and not an inconvenience. We took walks on the beach, watched a movie, and went to the Karen Beasley sea turtle hospital, which we 10/10 recommend (reservations required). All good things for a gray day! High winds and torrential downpour came in the middle of the night. The condo felt secure and safe throughout. The last full day was rainy and chilly with continued higher wind speeds. We took a long walk on the beach and decided to check It early, since we wouldn’t be able to play in the water at all that day. We have zero regrets about this condo and would choose it again.

The bed needs a (taller) box spring so the mattress is higher and clears the side rails so as not to dig into your legs when getting off and on the bed. Perfectly situated in proximity to the beach, parking, and close enough to shopping and restaurants to not be in the traffic. Can’t wait to stay at Anchors Aweigh again!

Condo was very clean and well equipped with everything you might possibly need for an an amazing getaway!! The host was very friendly and prompt in all communications. The location was lovely and the views were amazing!! Definitely would book again!!

This was a beautiful and clean place to stay! Perfect for our family of four. They had everything we needed (and anything you could probably want!). The beach toys, chairs, and towels were super helpful to have available and we enjoyed using them. The views are gorgeous! The pool is very nice! Check-in/out info was very detailed, helpful, and easy. Communication was always quick and helpful and all of our questions were answered. Very accommodating to us! We would highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!!! We will be back for sure!

Loved our stay. Everything we wanted.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay here! It was so nice to not have to pack our own beach supplies (chairs, toys, towels, etc.) The unit was extremely clean and kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. We definitely got our steps in with it being on the third floor, but the view of both the pool and the beach made it completely worth it. Quiet complex and plenty of room on the beach in the middle of the summer! The kids loved finding tons of shark teeth and I enjoyed running north on the beach in the mornings to catch the sunrise. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for our family (3yrs and 9yrs). Kitchen was perfect size in not being too large and the living room was perfect for them to sleep on the futon and have the bunk bed options. Short walk downstairs and right to the beach. The pool was perfect for coming off the beach and a nice break from the sand! Quiet at night so you can hear the sounds of the waves in the room with a perfect view of the moon rising over the horizon!

Great place very clean. Awsome view plus easy beach access! One thing to mention, only left with 1/2 roll TP, store 18 min away. I’m assuming this was a isolated incident everything else was sufficiently stocked. If you are looking for peaceful place this is it.

We booked our stay here to have a beach vacation in between two lacrosse tourneys with our daughters team. Husband and I are both from FL and are beach spoiled, we LOVED topsail and this condo was perfect for us and two teenage daughters. Easy access to beach and pool. Very clean, had beach towels and chairs to use! The owners have all the basics and then some to make the stay easy! The condo is on the quiet end of the island and we loves that but it was a quick and beautiful drive to surf city for Daily Grind, TopSail Streamer, Daybreak Donuts, Low Tide and many more! We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back! Thank You

This sweet place was the perfect beach nest for the two of us. The view overlooking the ocean and the pool was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed and more! The owner was great to communicate with. All in all, it is a perfect place.

Wonderful stay! It was peaceful and beautiful.

The stairs going up suck - but once you get up to the place it is so worth it. Gorgeous views. Comfy bed. Place has everything you need to feel comfortable and content. The only advice I would give would be to have more trash cans around the house. Having to go to the bathroom or kitchen to throw something away in the middle of the night is kind of a pain.

View was amazing. Condo was clean and has everything you need from beach chairs, beach towels kcups, teas and board games. We had a wonderful time and got a workout up to the 3rd floor the view is worth it!

Cozy condo! Jana is so thoughtful and thinks of everything you could need! Futon and bed were very comfortable! Tea and coffee provided which was so nice! Highly recommend this gem!

The condo was very clean and included everything we needed. The coffee area was a nice touch! The communication with the host was great and the check-in process went smoothly.

This is the perfect condo for a couple or small family. The view is spectacular! It was wonderful to arrive and not have to rent linens, buy paper products , nice touches that this make us want to stay again!

We stayed here last year for our 7th wedding anniversary. The location is beautiful and so is the Vrbo! Between the beach right at your front door practically to Surf City just up the road to explore for drinks and food. The place still looks freshly renovated a year later from our last visit. New beach chairs were provided and if we had the little with us there were beach toys present this time! The bed was nice and comfy. Shower pressure was amazing! The list goes on about how perfect the place is. I would highly recommend to anyone. The owner is amazing too! Last year we recommended a blender would be a great addition and can you guess what we saw when we arrived?!?!?! A nice new blender perfect for cool drinks! Looking forward to our next visit! Thank you again!!!!

My daughter and I stayed here, three nights, for her 17th birthday. It was a very clean and beautiful unit. Amazing ocean view. No complaints whatsoever. We were told everything we needed to know. We really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was better than pictures. Great location at north end of Topsail Island we’re you can drive on the beach. Beach has perfect sand for long walks with few houses. Crystal coast water. Fishing village of Sneads Ferry has quaint seafood shops and historic restaurants. Bonus is North Shore golf course just across the bridge on the sound side. Hosts are welcoming and responsive.

As said in other reviews, the condo is oceanfront overlooking the pool. It's well thought out with nightlights and plenty of outlets and well equipped with beach towels, chairs, and toys. The beach isn't sandbagged. It is on the 4th level with no elevator and, as two female seniors, we were blessed when another guest offered to carry up some of our bags. The previous tenant forgot to return the parking pass, I called Jana and someone came within half an hour with the pass. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the condo.

Really enjoyed our stay. I went for a short visit to see my Marine son and it was the perfect place to stay. Short drive to base and an excellent get away!
