Parc d'État Washington Oaks Gardens n'est qu'à 10 minutes de marche, vous pouvez donc garer votre voiture dans le parking dont dispose l'hébergement ou sauter dans votre véhicule pour le trajet de 3 minutes jusqu'à Palm Coast Beach.
À votre arrivée dans cette location avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, vous trouverez également un barbecue et la climatisation. Accès à Internet, télévision : vous ne manquerez de rien pour vous divertir lors de votre séjour. Préparez un bon petit plat maison dans la cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire : un four, une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi une cafetière, un distributeur de glaçons et un micro-ondes. Great stay in this beautiful place! We had a problem contacting host but it all worked out. Furniture needed cleaned and towels and linens needed replaced.. a few small issues but its a great place and would love to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our 2 month stay at Sea Colony. The house was great and had everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the use of the bikes and loved being able to safely cycle to the nearby Publix for a few groceries or along to The Eurpean Village for lunch.
The beach is just a few minutes walk down the main road of the development and is accessed by 2 walkovers though during our stay the main one was damaged by big storms so only the southern walkway is in use. The beach is great we loved a sunrise walk along it with our dog. Please note if walking north on the beach you are not allowed on the State park beach area just as the houses end, with a dog. We didn't know as it is very poorly signed and we got told off by a park ranger.
The development has an HOA and rules that you have to agree to during the rental set up. There is a manned gatehouse which we had to get a pass for and show it each time we entered and you must alert the gatehouse to all visitors and deliveries.

Great time
The house was perfect for us and the location is amazing! Sea Colony has a great beach with no crowds and an ocean front pool/ hot tub that is wonderful!
We had everything we needed at the house - well equipped kitchen. bikes, beach chairs/ umbrellas, etc! Plenty of room for friends and family- we enjoyed the screened porch every morning and evening.

My family enjoyed the clean and comfortable beach house. The pond view was very peaceful with beautiful birds. House had everything we needed and more. Will definitely book again.
