Nice three bedroom condo for our ski weekend. It could use an update as it is showing some age but nothing more than what you would expect for a rental unit. There are stairs to the entrance so those with mobility challenges may find it difficult to get to. Shuttle bus to the ski hill runs every 40 minutes. Kitchen cabinets could use a clean out. Overall it’s a nice unit in a good location.

We had a great time staying at this property. The shuttle to the mountain was right outside the door, and the village was just a short 10 minute walk away if we didn't want to take the shuttle. Everything was clean, and there was ample space for our group. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

I was VERY impressed with the condo and it's decor as soon as I walked in! Very open concept with the very high ceiling in the sitting room and dinning room. The kitchen (somewhat small and tight) had everything that is needed for all meals (cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and appliances). The master bedroom upstairs was very spacious and comfortable as were the 2 bedrooms on the main floor. A 20 second walk to the 3 pools was a great convenience and about a 10 minute walk to the front gates of the village. In all, my family had a great time staying at this property. I would highly recommend it and would return to it in the future.

My group and I were met with hostility upon arrival for mistakenly parking in a non designated location. I was not sure who this individual was as they did not identify themself as a property manager OR another resident. I was also informed that our group was assigned a 250.00 or tally for smoking which is false with no way to dispute these charges. Unfortunately these incidents drastically impacted my/our overall stay.

If you plan to stay outside of the actual village, this is a good location. Bus stop right outside the unit was a plus.

Excellent unit for families, amazing location
We came to Tremblant for the Ironman 70.3 with our four younger children. The location to the village was perfect. Not too far, not too close. Definitely walkable, even with 4, 6, 9 and 11 year olds. Kids loved the community pool. Bunk room was ideal and was nice having two additional bedrooms for adults. Would 100% come back.

Here is the list of issues that impacted our stay: Faucet in upper bathroom leaked so only 1 sink was used; the railings were very shaky so unable to use for support on stairs, many plug outlets did not work; oven was filthy, pans were dirty and very very used with no more Teflon coating left; starter pack was bare- no salt and pepper, sugar, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, food wrap. Since dining was only take out due to covid restrictions, we expected to cook all meals in, so the kitchen was a big disappointment. When I called Sunstar they delivered some small packets of salt/pepper/sugar… but told me they do not provide a starter pack that I was expecting and had experienced at other VRBO or Arbnb. So… if you stay here, bring your kitchen supplies and pots and pans with you!

The unit is very well appointed, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning worked very well, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool area is gorgeous. Hated to leave, and can’t wait to come back!
