Exactly as described, perfect for a couple with one child.

The sheets had hair on them, that was not pleasant. My suggestions overall- lamp for living room, overhead light way too bright; label light switches as they are very confusing; invest in a good mattress topper for king bed, or new mattress- not very comfortable and extremely squeaky; invest in some better bedding for the beds; 11am checkout time vs 10. We loved the house and the more personal experience of a house vs hotel but remember you are still competing with hotels with much nicer bedding and many amenities. We would definitely stay again!!!

It was in a good location to activities

The AC was broken and they knew before our stay because they put in a temporary one. It was not running when we arrived - didn’t cool the room down until the middle of the night. You also had to keep the window unsecured in order for the temporary AC to work.

The location was excellent for my study of early American history and architecture. Restaurant food was exceptional. I enjoyed wonderful, quiet rest.

Additional explanation of legal parking place would be appreciated.

The home was spacious enough for a family of 4. Very clean and comfortable, we felt right st home!

It’s a cute little place within walking distance of the main attractions in St. Augustine. The bed was comfortable, there was a mini fridge to store drinks, it had a nice fenced backyard area.

code did not work upon arrival ; phone number gave a call center not a local rep who could reset door code - delayed me further ; ? one fork in drawer ; outside bar area had cigarette buts all over the floor that was not cleaned after I reported it (forks were dropped off ) ; area did not feel safe - next to busy road McDonald’s and backyard could not be secured (due to upstairs renters needing to get thru to their stairs ; and unclear access from back of shed to another parking lot ; hammock was left outdoors clear for some time rather then kept in storage shed between renters so it was dirty ; house smelled of deodorizer rather than cleaner ; second bedroom sparsely decorated ; second shower had pieces of the lining eroded in multiple areas ; would never return

Nice location. Close to everything we wanted to see in St Augustine. Room was clean and cozy.

Photo of brick path was nice but when we were there brick path was covered with dirt and mud. No closet. We traveled by car and had hanging clothes. There was nowhere to hang clothing. There was only one coffee cup.

It was nice inside.

A/c was controlled by renter. Miserable had to sleep with windows open. No TV unless the renter has subscriptions. Needs yard maintenance. Only stayed one night.
