Perfect size for all of us. Everything we need was right there! The beach is steps away! We will definitely rent here again!

Stood outside for over 30 minutes with a baby...Code wouldn't work..My pillow had something on it..Maybe chewing gum..The house smelled like cigarettes...I had to buy spray, that didn't make it any better..I have asthma and had a hard time breathing..The beach is only steps away..We enjoyed fishing..Couldn't get anyone to respond to the dirty linens ,locks or terrible odor in the house..I wonder if my sheets were ever really washed...

This is a prime location right on Jax Beach! The sunrise was beyond magical here. This house was beautiful & clean. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was so easy. We differently will be back! Thank you for this opportunity for our family to stay!

This house is awesome. Great location, right on the beach, perfect for sunrises, walk to stores, restaurants, bars, night life. It’s all right there. Honestly, a very lovely place to stay!!!!

Overall things went very well. Nice to have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and gathering space for our group of three couples.
We did have a broken dishwasher but they came out to fix it the next day. We also had someone in our group w OCD so washing dishing was not a problem either.

You cannot go wrong by picking this property.
Everything about it 5 stars. Clean, stocked with snacks , coffee, spices, toiletries etc. The towels and linens were of high quality. The owners are awesome and very responsive. Check in was a breeze and so simple. I had no issues with check in. If I'm ever in Jacksonville again I would consider staying here. Actually my one friend wanted all the info, so that I he can stay here in the future.

This is my second time staying at this location. The first time, I stayed in the upper rear unit and it was great. This time I stayed in the lower front unit, and it was even better! I almost gasped when I walked in, it was so lovely. Every room is decorated beautifully and very clean. The condo walks out on to an outdoor patio with comfy furniture where you can sit, relax and listen to the waves with your coffee or wine; very peaceful! Parking was directly outside the unit which was very useful. These units are dog friendly and I brought my dog along both times. So, if you are looking for a nice place to stay, right on the beach, pick one of these units. You won't regret it. If I need to take another trip to Jax beach, I'll book for a 3rd visit! :-)

We liked the property. But sadly there were roaches. In our kitchen and bath. The noise. From up stairs the first few days was awful.

This place was the perfect location. It was nice and spacious. It had a smoking smell but if you don’t mind that it’s a overall a nice space.

We stayed at this beautiful three bedroom, adorably decorated unit for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend with her MOH’s mom and me (mom of the bride), and five young women. The description of the place didn’t do it justice! It was so cute and the owners made us feel right at home, down to every detail, including body wash, shampoos and conditioners, nice towels and throws, etc. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars, etc. I would definitely recommend for families too! Loved everything about it!

We came from overseas and our family has stayed at many properties. This property was at a perfect location and it had many perfect amenities as well as cleanliness. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. We would love to stay again!

Beach Birthday at the Blue House
Excellent communication with our host. Great proximity to Jax Beach and a short drive away from many beach options. All the amenities we needed and perfect sleeping arrangement for the 3 year old birthday boy. Second time at the blue house and we can’t wait to be back.

The 3 year old took the bottom and our 4 year old grand let me sleep with her up top due to Paw being a little under the weather. I was comfortable. The beach was great. When leaving the beach our granddaughter yelled THAT WAS AWESOME! It was their first time at the beach. The house is adorable, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed and close to restaurants. Spacious area on the patio to relax outside. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

50th staycation

JAX Beach Family Vacay
We came to visit family in Jacksonville and decided we wanted to stay at the beach this time. We found this property on VRBO and it looked so cute we decided to give it a try, and we were NOT disappointed. The place was so clean and looked exactly like it did in the pics. Was great being right on the beach, especially with our two young grandkids and all the associated beach gear. The place was well appointed, and our hosts had everything clearly labeled so you knew where to find things. We had a great vacation and are already thinking about our return trip next year.

Renting the property wss very easy. Lovely spot. Enjoyed balcony off of bedroom. Kitchen fully stocked. Easy to locate. Nice spot on beach.
