I have a mixed feelings about this place, because the first impression was very positive: - apartment is nicely decorated - kitchen is well equipped - beds ( both in the bedroom and sofa in the living room) are comfortable to sleep in - parking is free and can be found just steps away from the apartment

I think that the idea of these apartments ( there are two of them side by side ) is nice bet realisation is lacking a lot :( - the washing machine is not working when I sent a message to the owner/renter on WhatsApp I have never heard from them in 2 days we stayed at the property - the wall between two apartments is almost non existing. you can hear EVERY SINGLE word that is being said by your neighbours. In the evening we heard neighbour tapping on their phone. - The towel had lipstick on it. It wasn’t mine - The whole apartment had a lot of air refreshments and that is due to mold. Between/on/behind the tiles in the bathroom there was lots of mold. It is very unhealthy and renters should definitely fix it asap.

Location is a little bit far from the beach, but we liked the quiet neighbourhood.

Good location, with easy parking directly in front of the house available. Shopping facilities within 5 min walking distance. Nice and comfy little apartment.

Very nice clean modern apartment. Comfortable.

Very badly insonorised. Can hear everything from the apartment next door (coming in after midnight and talking loudly till 3 or 4am) Lots of construction noise from 7.30am onwards. Difficult to get enough sleep. Over powering airfresheners (5 or 6 different smells) that do not cover the bad smell from the drains in the bathroom and bad smell of smoke.
