New towels and linens New kitchen knives, accessories, organizational pieces Brand New Batteries! Trailer now has 2 propane tanks! Fully stocked with utensils/dishes/kitchenware (tea kettle/coffee percolator, Tupperware, plastic baggies, paper towels, etc) Spices, cooking spray Towels/beach towels Candles, flashlights, batteries, phone chargers (android/apple), reading lights (battery operated), umbrella Books, games, sunscreen, bug spray, band-aids/antibiotic cream, hydrogen peroxide, female products, Tylenol, cold medicine, tums 1 gallon clean unopened drinking water Cleaning supplies, sponges, trash bags, hand soap, hand lotion etc. Also, some NEW mini toiletries in case you forget anything! Folding chairs I will provide linens/blankets for the Full sized bed but anything else you may need for the other beds/bunks please bring. If you NEED linens/blankets for the other beds please let me know and I can accommodate for $10 as it requires several more loads of laundry for me upon cleaning. Thanks for understanding! Please treat my trailer with respect. Please clean up after your self and care for it as I have. My son and I still use this. There will be a cleaning fee for standard cleaning but there will be an additional cleaning fee imposed if it is brought back in any other condition than it was given to you in (not including damage as they would be paid by you to repair/replace whatever happened) so please clean all dishes, wipe counters, clean and empty fridge, wipe cooking space, sweep, etc. I will ALWAYS DO LAUNDRY and my own cleaning/sanitizing in between uses, check and restock supplies, etc. Also, if there is something that you may need for you trip... please ask and if it's something I have and can accommodate I will do my best! I will try and work with you on times to pick up/drop off if I can. Just please be respectful of what we agree on. And if you select bringing an animal please tell me animal type, size, age, etc. I will allow up to 2 animals (dependent of animal). Please, no animals on beds, bunks, seating area... even when you are not there. If you don’t dump (gray/black or fresh water) prior to drop off there is a charge so please refer to the listing for that. If there is no where to dump and you need me to do it then we will discuss this during the booking phase and I will do my best to accommodate this (I will find the nearest dump station and charge their fee plus mine). If a day shows unavailable please ask as I still may be able to accommodate... The trailer must be used at the location in the reservation. Any changes must be cleared in advance and the reservation will be updated if it is agreed upon. If trailer is used in any other location that what is in the reservation there will be a fee associated with that. **Please note as soon as the temps drop the trailer is winterized and you will need to "dry camp" due to the freezing low temperatures. Also, note that the trailer is going to be stored in Minden, NV for the winter. Please top off the propane if you can. I can also do it and add it to the booking upon the return.
