Great 4 night stay for work. Off the main strip, but easy and quick to drive to.
Excellent locally ground coffee in the cabinet. A bottle of wine on the counter.

My friend and I stayed at this property for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place! Be aware that it’s not within walking distance of downtown, but Ubers we’re very reasonable. The neighborhood was quiet and the unit was clean and comfy!

We booked this property for 12 days while in Traverse City for a horse show. It was advertised as being within close proximity of downtown, but was actually in a residential neighborhood too far to walk to the downtown area. We liked everything about this - new and nicely appointed - except the location, and the very tight parking lot. If you don't mind having to drive to get anywhere or do anything, this would be a good option. The Mgt Company was very responsive and helpful.

Very good, Parking is tight but all of Traverse City is that way. We either walked into town or rode our bikes as the TART trail is just south of the condo.

Honestly this little apartment was a perfect getaway for my wife and I on our 1 year wedding anniversary. It was clean, and laid out well so the small space seemed larger. We found it quite comfortable to relax in the couch or bed after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. The property manager Katy was very helpful. She responded really quickly when we had questions, and made sure we got settled in. Location was perfect as well, real close to down town Traverse City. But it was far enough away that the noise and bustle of traffic wasn’t annoying. It was perfect for my wife and I, however for groups of 3-4 it might be a bit small. The couch does pull out to make another bed, but doing that takes up your living room space. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely book with them again.

The property was very clean and well decorated. Its great to have a private parking space and entry to building was easy to use. Loved the the ease of closing the upper blinds. Good lighting options in the building. Some negatives was that the property was very close to the road and the cars were loud going by. Fortunately the traffic noise was non existent at night. Also the shower was not very spacious and hard to maneuver within .Not much you can do about that.

The property manager was very accommodating and responsive with communication. They even took delivery of an item we overnighted because we forgot it and dropped it off while we were out. The place itself is very nice and they clearly pay close attention to the details and essentials that might be needed during your stay. The location is quaint and is a very short drive or bike ride to downtown Traverse City. We really enjoyed staying here! It was PERFECT for the two of us. Highly recommend!

This adorable loft apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, comfy, and central to our itinerary-“See as much as possible in Northern Michigan.” We explored TC, Kalkaska, Grayling, Houghton Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Sutton’s Bay, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and so many fabulous restaurants and wineries in between. Everythg we needed was available and convenient, and the loft so charming that I swore when we arrived that “I wasn’t ever going to leave!” Can’t wait to return to explore more of TC downtown! Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend
My husband and I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday for a long weekend for our 33rd anniversary. It was the absolute cleanest property I have ever stayed in. We vacation a lot through VRBO and I can not say enough about the cleanliness. It was the perfect size for the two of us and offered great amenities as well. We will stay here again next year if available. Thanks for all your hospitality Katy!!!

Bayshore weekend
This property was very nice. We were there Memorial weekend for my husband to run the Bayshore 1/2. It was walkable to the start and end of the race, which was what we were looking for. Katy was easy to communicate with and check in was also easy.
The one item I would recommend changing/fixing is the shower head. The water stream hit the wall of the shower and it was impossible to change this, as the shower was not adjustable. A simple solution of having an adjustable or hand held shower head would be great.
Overall though a nice unit.

It was an amazing space for 2 people. We liked the loft upstairs. We thought it was a little closer to downtown but overall it was an amazing time. I would go back

Cozy nest!
We have stayed at various condos in TC and enjoyed them all but this particular property just had a special feel. Bright and modern and simply gorgeous! The upstairs loft area was roomy with a convenient desk area. I’d also like to mention the attention to detail. There were needles and a selection of thread and other little thoughtful items. The bottle of wine left to greet us was also a much appreciated touch. We will be back!

This property is great! I would highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a romantic, fun getaway to Traverse City. Just a few minutes away from all of the wineries on the Old Mission Peninsula and downtown TC. We loved your spot and will absolutely stay there again when we come back to visit.
