It felt like home, reasonable size beds, very good decorations and very organised.

The location was good, we were visiting family and this apartment was close to them.

The property did not have the beds advertised. We complained to Donnini. They delivered a camp bed for the 2nd night but this still meant that we were not getting what we had paid for. The property smelt very strongly of cigarettes The property was filthy and had not been cleaned properly for months. Dominic offered to send a cleaner on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay The property was poorly equipped. It is advertised as sleeping 6 but only came with 3 mugs. I had to buy crockery so we had enough for our family Furniture was broken and had cigarette burns Carpets were stained Flooring was ripped Shower was broken Kitchen drawers looked as if they had never been cleaned and cupboard doors were hanging off when you opened them No linen left, I complained about this and linen was delivered

The shared bathroom did not have a shower just a bath.

Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Due to us being a family of 5, we'd need to book 2 rooms in hotels. This apartment was ideal as we had everything we needed, almost like a home from home.

The apartment was close to the town.

Lovely place but shower didn't work floors and tops were sticky. Windows were stuck.

Handy location to Ayrshire arena where we spent 2 days and the apartment was spacious

excellent facilities in apartment . Good parking good access to town centre . very well equipped.

On sight it looked lovely but In reality it needed some work done to it. It wouldn’t take much to bring it up to scratch it’s a shame really . The furniture etc was lovely
