Paolo is the warmest host we have met. He makes this charming old house with a wonderful view of the lake a real home from the moment you step inside until you leave.

We loved our stay. gorgeous house and villa, the room is furnished with a lot of love for detail and a lot of thought has been put into setting everything up. There is a beautifully green garden and an amazing balcony with views over lake Garda, where you will have your own table (set up beautifully again).
There is free parking very close and the lake as well as gorgeous villages are easily reached by car.
The best is your host, Paolo, who is easily one of the nicest people on earth. Paolo made us feel welcome like family, customized a lovely itinerary for us and personalized breakfast and even made fresh cinnamon apples from heaven. Don't hesistate to book!

The view from the terrace was beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. And the host Paulo was so attentive and helpful - a very nice gentleman.

A peaceful 3 days, clean and a strategic place if you are a hiker, from San Zeno there is a beautiful panoramic path including the Tibetan bridge. for other excursions Paolo will be happy to help you by providing you with everything. Every window has a sea view... it was lovely even with fog. And bed and pillows absolutely super comfy.

The property is very lovely with a cozy feeling. The host Paolo is a wonderful Person who will greet you with a delicious cake and orange juice or coffee. You‘ll enjoy a wonderful breakfast all kinds of Italian specialities. on the balcony with an incredible view over lake Garda.

A friendly man with a cat rules this pretty nice B&B with a great view to lake Garda. He is so interested to make the stay as comfortable and familiar as possible. He offered me wine and a cake in the evening, and the breakfast was really great (only the cappuccino was not really an Italian cappuccino), the selection of food and drinks was greater than in some hotels!
The view from my window and from the balcony to the southern lake Garda is really spectacular!
