I absolutely loved this location, the property was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella which we used daily. The keypad entry was so convenient. I hate using keys. We didn't take advantage of the elevator because we like using steps. My only complaint which others had also is the condo needs better sound proofing. Wow was it loud when someone was walking or talking the floor above us-almost like they were in my condo. That will not keep me from returning, but I do hope there is a future solution to sharing that noise with other renters. Wonderful place and appreciate the updates!

This property was a fantastic location and had lots of great amenities. Tons of beach items. The kitchen equipment was well stocked. Beautiful unit!

This property was amazing. Location location location. I will make mention that this is a bottom floor and if the above condo is being rented you can hear the footsteps.

This listing is accurate from the description which is very important to me. I loved the beach theme throughout the unit with every wall hanging, picture and general color scheme. The front deck view was wonderful and we spent most time there when not on the beach. The walk to the beach was wonderful especially with the built in elevator that brought you from the condo to steps away from the pool and beach. I can’t say enough about Lindsey Bushman who answered my questions within 5 minutes every time I asked. We hope to come back again!!

Beautiful sunsets!

This condo is located in a perfect location. The condo is a little dated but clean. We enjoyed the space and the close proximity to the beach. Our only negatives were the firmness of the beds and the loudness of the upstairs neighbors (outside of condo owner's control). We heard every footstep and conversation. We were a group of 3 and did have a fabulous time. I definitely recommend this condo for families looking in this area. Just be mindful you are on lowest level.

Beautiful condo directly on the beach. All beach amenities and kitchen amenities supplied. Close travel time to Clearwater beach and John’s Pass. Will be back!

We genuinely enjoyed our stay and could not have been more pleased. The view was amazing, the walk to the beach was effortless, the condo itself was clean, the beach toys were a bonus, and communication with the property manager was very clear. We had no issues and hope to be back in the future!

The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from (PJs, Caddy's, JDs, Localz just over the bridge, etc). We ordered Hungry Howies Pizza our first night and had it delivered to us. You can get sandwiches, snacks, and ice cream at the Cooky Coconut right down the street. They have the best Cuban Sandwiches. We visited Fort Desoto Park and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks during our stay. The balcony overlooks the beach and water. We had the perfect view for sunset each night. Indian Rocks Beach has the best sunsets. My sons and I really enjoyed our stay.

The space was great. Very convenient, clean, and owners were very easy to deal with. Will be staying at this property again on our next trip to the area.

The property was perfect for the needs of me, my husband and adult daughter. We particularly appreciated the great proximity to the beach. And the beach accessories made life so much easier as we traveled by air. I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach getaway.

Fantastic view, right on the beach!!!! Nice pool. The kitchen was minimally furnished as there were only 6 plates, 4 knives, could definitely use more silverware with knife, forks s MN d spoons. Definitely needed more plates. A pitcher for making tea etc would have been nice along with one or two bowls with lids for leftovers.

The Indian Rocks beach area is great for families with great beaches, great restaurants and overall atmosphere. The room is actually what was promised. The only complaint was the room was too warm (AC locked at 72). I understand the reason why but 70 would have been cooler for the hot weather. We will definitely be back next year.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was a wonderful condo with an excellent location. No hesitation to stay there again.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation spot, this is it! This condo can’t make it any easier to chill out and enjoy your time away. Roomy condo with space between bedrooms for privacy. Small complex on a quiet strip of Indian Rocks but close enough to great local restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment if you’re looking for it. The complex itself is quiet, well-kept and provides the easiest access ever to an uncrowded beach, even on the weekend! The private elevator access to the balcony was a lifesaver, but even without it, access to our front door was quick and convenient with keypad lock/entry. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, beach towels and even coolers…super if you are arriving by air and can’t pack those items. And let’s talk about the views from the balcony…beautiful sunsets, even saw dolphins in the distance as we drank our morning coffee. Bonus-if you have kids, great view of the pool and the beach. Lindsey, the property manager, was super easy to contact and communicate with. Selfishly, I hate giving it such great reviews because that means it may not be available when we come back again…and we definitely want to come back! Guest parking and during our stay we never had an issue getting a guest parking spot. Great restaurants walking distance...if you are looking for a family beach vacation, this is a great location! The unit was comfortable and clean. Master room has a king bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom. The second bedroom has the beach toy closet, full of anything you may need to spend time at the beach: beach chairs, boards, sand toys, floats. The second bathroom is next to the second bedroom, and it has a bathtub, while the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well-stocked, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee filters, basic items like salt, pepper, and anything you need to cook meals. One minor suggestion is to leave extra garbage bags, we filled up the first one and then used grocery bags for the rest of our stay. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer. There is a very comfortable pull-out sofa and books and games for entertainment. We enjoyed our family beach vacation and found a great place to stay. I do have to mention one negative item (and Lindsey was extremely accommodating and responded right away), so I would not fault her but the property manager for the unit above. It was extremely noisy, thanks to the guests staying in the unit above. Unfortunately for us, there was at least 8 people in that unit, and 4 out of the 5 nights the noise level was unbearable at times, it sounded like they were dragging furniture from one end of the unit to the other, loud yelling and banging, and this would go up to 1am-130am, with two 6-year old’s it was tough to get sleep. Lindsey immediately sent us a noise machine which help drown some of the noise, but it was still difficult, she also reached out to the property manager for that unit. On the second night my husband went up at 1245am and asked them to please stop the noise, and of course they didn't like it. I hope Lindsey can take the noise comments and show the property manager for that unit so they can enforce a noise and occupancy policy, IRB is a quiet community not a party town.

Lovely little condo. It was perfect for my 20th Anniversary with my wife. The sunsets we breathtaking. The condo is very clean and made for a comfortable stay.

This property was beautiful. Well maintained outside grounds. View spectacular of the gulf. Sunsets amazing. Great to have the pool which we used daily in addition to swimming in the gulf and playing in the sand. Chairs, umbrella and plenty of sand toys in the property to use. We did buy some extras and added to the collection. Could use some kitchen dishes/utensils /pots and pans updated. Great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our relaxing stay.
