The property and views were breathtaking. The house was gorgeous and we had so much fun snowmobiling, taking gondola rides, and experiencing all the sights and great places to eat. We can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at the peak Tallac 15 with our 4 girls and had plenty of room. The house is just amazing, and the views are spectacular, everything in the house is top notch, and very clean. The washer and dryer made it very helpful for us to pack light and wash what we needed. There is a grocery store right across the street and restaurants all around the complex which made getting around very easy. Management was great too!

Outstanding lakefront property - couldn't get much closer. The unit is well-equipped with all high-end upgrades. The only negative is the tight parking conditions. Recommend to avoid bringing a larger vehicle as the garage space is very small and the limited on-site parking can be difficult to navigate. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at Sierra Shores many times and this is one of our favorite units. this was our third autumn stay to see the leaves change color which never disappoints. We were warm and comfortable in this luxury townhouse that is right on Lake Tahoe. Thanks as always to RNR for their excellent property management.

We are a family of four including 2 young adult kiddos. The 3 bedroom/3 bath was absolutely perfect for our stay. This was our first time to visit Lake Tahoe and this townhouse the just right for us. This home is beautiful and comfortable. Love the Master Bathroom with the heated floors and steam shower! Wish the tub was bigger (for two people). The living room, dining room, and kitchen are nicely appointed and, of course, you can't go wrong with that gorgeous view of the Lake!

Great property for our adult children. Everyone had a room and private bathroom.
Kitchen is well stocked for home cooked meals. Linens and towels are top notch. The view was amazing. Great location away from the crowds with bus service available to the gondola for skiing. 100% recommend.

This was a central meeting spot for my son coming from LA and my daughter from Seattle. The unit sits on the north east corner of the complex, with an unobstructed view of the lake and snow capped mountains. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The kitchen is top of the line: high end Viking appliances and lots of them, stylish new and matched utensils, plenty of pots and pans, and dishes. The entry to the complex, garage, and unit was all keypad: no worry about losing or misplacing keys and access shared by all 6 adult guests. Safeway literally across the street, pubs and restaurants within walking or short drive distances, and minutes from Stateline casinos and Heavenly tram. Nice spacious patio with functioning gas grill which we used despite the weather. All things considered a great place to stay anytime of year.

We came to SLT to visit family and this property was everything we wanted and more. Waking up to the beautiful views of the lake was so special. The kitchen had top of the line Viking appliances and was well stocked with cookware/utensils/spices if you wanted to cook. I also loved that there were available cleaning supplies and detergent to do laundry. I hate when you rent a house and they give you one roll of paper towels - not this place! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and the house was well appointed. Beach access was easy and convenient. Definitely booking another stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, due to the location on the lake, outside dining space, and proximity to shopping and restaurants. The living area was comfortable. The downsides include uncomfortable beds, dirty floors and low light in the master bath. The King sunk in on both sides and the thick piece of foam atop the mattress made it sleep very hot. Other sleepers didn’t love their beds either. The kitchen floor tile is heavily textured and overdue for a deep clean. The master bathroom ceiling light has burnt out bulbs making it nearly impossible to see well or apply make-up. The pool had algae, making us leery of using the hot tub, and one of the dining room cabinet doors fell off when I opened it. Overall it worked, but could use some attention.

The property managers were extremely responsive to any questions we had. They provided excellent instructions from check in, how to operate things in the house to checkout.

Tallac 15 has a tremendous location overlooking Lake Tahoe. We appreciated that the he gourmet kitchen is well stocked with items you have at home (unlike most vacation rentals). The unit is super clean, well stocked, and one of the great home rentals in the market. You can tell that the owners have a pride of ownership similar to what you would find if you were staying at a friend's house.
