Una bellissima location. Comodissima per il centro di Frascati e consigliatissima anche per visitare Roma in treno avendo la stazione a 1 minuto a piedi. Padrona di casa splendida!

Marilyn went beyond expectations in helping me navigate the beautiful town of Frascati.

Lady owner of the property was very helpful and she answered fast through what's up application.

the location was terrific, the place was clean and in good order. everything you need for a short or extended stay. the host made us feel welcome.

with good location comes more noise coming from the street.

All was easy, to get the keys from the box, to get the receipt. The owner was very friendly and the communication was prompt and easy. I got a treat of wonderful fruit on arrival and there was some water in the fridge. The apartment is very centrally located. Perfect for stays in Frascati.

I was a bit anxious about the ground floor location but it turned out not a problem at all because there is enough space and privacy.

Beautiful city. Comfortable apartment with small garden in the center of the town. Very close to railway station. Not expensive. The host does not speak English but it is very easy to communicate with her using language translator. In my case all of communication was through WhatsApp.

The apartment is located at the street level at small street with parking places for the cars. It is nothing wrong if you stay here for few days but the movement of the cars at late night can be irritating if you will stay for longer and if you sleep with open windows.
