Nice location, stunning view even with the mountain view. Various breakfast options can be found in MGM Grand with a few minutes walking. The pool was also very pleasant.

It would have been nice but I was scammed into believing I would get a 1 bedroom penthouse apartment and placed into a studio. I would stay clear from this company “Strip View Suites”. Called customer service and they claimed they had no record of my reservation yet the resort did. They forced me to keep this downgrade and did nothing to make up for the misleading information on booking and want to make offer a discount in the next time you book. It’s all an elaborate scam. Steer clear.

The property had no ability to contact the Strop View Suites but yet agreed that I was misled and they couldn’t do anything about it. Additionally, the staff at this location had no practice or idea of an Emergency Action Plan. Someone was having a seizure in the hallway right out the elevator, I rendered care and activated emergency response services. I sent bystanders down to retrieve an AED, they staff had no idea where to locate the AED and kept giving the bystanders the run around to find it. Once they found it these bystanders were visitors and did not have keys so they would not let them back up, they wouldn’t even go with them or take the AED themselves. Once security showed up 15 minutes later they didn’t even have an AED and we waited 10 more minutes for EMS to arrive. This person could have died. Stay clear if you have any medical conditions, this okay had no idea what they are doing.

Stunning place, comfortable stay, huge and clean room, the bed felt like a cloud, facilities in the heart of the strip, and beautiful view.

I requested a late checkout due to flight cancellation, which was denied, even a 30 mins extension was not provided.Please note that basic stuff like dental kit, showercap and drinking water are not provided. I got dental kit from reception but nothing else. If you book through booking.com its done via a agency and the hotel staff pretty much directs you to them for everything. The folks at agency are not friendly or compassionate at all . I went through lot of stress when my flight was cancelled, but the agency made me vacate my room , wait for 4 hrs and then check in to a different room . Though I requested continually , and was willing to pay extra to continue in same room or a late check out they didn’t do any concessions at all.During my stay the agency didn’t clean my room even once!!!

If you book through booking.com the booking goes through an agency. Hotel staff would pretty much direct you to them for everything. The usual house keeping is not done during my stay though a cleaning charge is included in the booking amount.The provided toiletries in the room does not include basics such as dental kit or shower cap - apparently they are not in the agency's inventory!!! If you are lucky hotel staff would give you a dental kit.Drinking water is also not provided. Agency's customer service is not good at all even rude at times. They didn't allow me a late checkout (even by 30 mins!!) though my flight was cancelled and I was willing to pay extra. The hotel staff redirects all such requests to agency and the people at agency were not at sympathetic to my plight. My flight got cancelled, I was stranded in a different country and couldn't get back to my family in time and was under a lot of stress. However they didn't have any sympathy or consideration for a fellow human being which is very sad. I would recommend booking directly with the hotel as at least you would have some one to talk to directly than unsympathetic people hiding behind an email!!

I sent pictures to the host parts of the room. We’re falling apart, and the host ignored my pictures that I sent. I also asked if they had a the hotel available for another night I would’ve stayed they said no which is fine but completely failed. ask me about the pictures that I sent. Stan’s were everywhere.

Honestly, the only thing I can say is the coffee pot fell short. Need to upgrade to pods. Also, didn't get any extra trashbags for our week stay with a kitchenette. I did email the third party and they had some dropped off the next day. Very minor things otherwise everything was perfect.

A la llegada, no nos explicaron apenas nada de Las Vegas ni de información del hotel en la recepción, y tampoco que las torres estaban unidas y estuvimos saliendo por el exterior, de una torre a otra y al casino. Nos dimos cuenta el último día. No hay piscina cubierta, o al menos no la vimos y nadie nos informó que hubiera. Quitamos el "no molestar" de la habitación a las 12.00h y no nos la limpiaron, aunque tampoco nosotros lo comunicamos. Deberían de poner de qué es cada mando a distancia, 5 ó 6 mandos, y no llegamos a saber de qué aparatos eran todos. Hay nevera en la habitación, pero no congelador. No hay canales de TV españoles. Quizás un Check Out a las 12 sería correcto que a las 11.

Bed was saggy on the right side, There was old energy drink cans under the bed, also there was a weird big 1/4 inch piece of glass probably from a tabletop placed under the middle wheel trying to hold up the center of the bed, couch was dirty and frayed, desk was all scratched up, had to walk to tower 2 from our tower 3 to get toilet paper and coffee packets, charge $75 to do mid stay cleaning, $30 for fresh towels, closed down valet parking at 11:00 pm and had to park in lot 3 towers over and walk all the way to our tower. They wouldn’t move us. View was terrible. Said it was a great view of the strip. Not

Great location, we appreciated the no smoking and gambling on the property it was nice break from all the other casino hotels! Room was huge with a jacuzzi tub and a large shower!

Not enough towels and to get more was like jumping hoops due to booking “3rd party”. Makes no sense. I should not have to go through that plus pay a fee for more towels.
