We stayed here last year in August and my kids wanted to come back to this home this year as well. We love new the BBQ grill area kazebo added, the kids really enjoyed the new added recliners in game room and overall we had an amazing stay-cation. My only suggestion this time around is to perhaps put a trash bin out by the BBQ grill area which would be mighty helpful. Thank you. Until next year 👋

Safe neighborhood. Convenient to stores, shopping and entertainment (Boomers). The home was very clean. All the amenities we needed. Fully equipped kitchen. Backyard is nice, big and beautiful. Perfect for outside fun! We had a WONDERFUL stay! In fact, we tried to extend one more night but it was booked already😔. Note layout of home made it difficult to unload groceries (i'm a grandmom) due to garage being on different level than kitchen. Downstairs bedroom has no convenient access to a bathroom. Fixable things are the lazy susan in corner cabinet that holds pot n pans was broken. Master bath toilet cover was cracked. Couldn't get propane grill to start. However, these are things we could deal with. FUN TIME!!

We had a great time- the back yard is wonderful and all was clean and nicely furnished.

My wife told me on our second day, this is the BEST vacation rental we've ever rented. we've rented about 15 homes. Except that the property had video cameras on all of the exterior, including the backyard where the pool is. It's not that my family of 4, with a 3 and 6 year old are breaking the rules. Just felt weird, like someone was watching us. Would we go back? YES! (I get having camera on the front/side) Just bring a can opener if you need one. the property did not. It had spices, pots, pans, tons of drink ware. The Master bed was super comfortable. The house was clean! The property manager was super kind and helpful. great communication.

Wifi was slow AC did not work Sprinkler system broken - ruined our bbq Windows were bolted down and the house was a steam room

Overall it was a just ok. It could have been so much better. So if you are truly asking our opinion here is what we think. 1. Loose the kid size cheap silverware. 2. The knifes were dangerously dull 3. No can opener 4. Dishwasher was not functioning or we did not understand with our instructions. 5. Broken outlet covers 6. No one returned our call about issues we had with the tv Roku pin or the pool heater. We wanted to watch the matrix movie. HBO was not available on the the apps so we could use our subscription. No one called back to fix it. Movie night ruined. 7. Very sad on the pool heater…. It was the reason we rented the house. No one called back. 8. Shower heads are leaking and a large crack on the toilet lid glued together in the master bath is Very tacky. 9. Toilet paper was the cheapest you can find. Upgrade don’t cut such small details. 10 am is pretty early for a check out 11:00 would be better. Caused stress getting out that early on a vacation with 6 people. These were annoying little things that made our trip a little less fun. What we like was the location and the pool would have been nice. The house has all the capabilities of being more… it was the details that made stay less.

We all loved our stay at this home. Just a few issues. Ants have in the kitchen, stairs all over so def do not recommend for elderly or handicapped. Needs a tv upstairs and more seating down stairs in game room. Besides that everything else was fantastic!

We had two sets of adults so I gave the king bed to my parents and I ended up sleeping on the couch.

We loved the simplicity of checking into the property and, from the moment we walked in, we were very happy with our choice. The home is beautiful and and was very roomy for our party of 7. The pool is a great addition and we had so much fun swimming and lounging on the back patio. The den/game room was a nice touch also. We'd definitely stay again.

This was my family's first visit to this home. The lay out of the house is a little odd. We were a little disappointed as there was no TV upstairs in the living room and none of the bedrooms expect the master. There was an additional living room down stairs however in the photos online it showed a huge couch with a TV. Unfortunately the couch was gone and they only had folding chairs in that room with a TV. So ideally this would be the area to hang out and watch TV but with nowhere to sit it was a little disappointing. Looked like they were trying to make it a game room, but that would have been ok if they had a TV in the main living room upstairs. The house had a nice large backyard with a pool. The pool is only about 5 feet deep, so when the weather was extra hot the pool didn't cool down much because of the heat. There is a lot of stairs in the house which was a little hard for our elderly mother. I wouldn't recommend this home if stairs are an issue. On a positive note, the AC worked amazing, beds were comfortable and huge yard for the kids or dogs. The house was very appealing because of the cost and thats why we choose it. There was insects in the kitchen and bathroom towels. Nothing worked or it was broken.

great house. pool is nice and clean. only thing that wasn't perfect was the rear door leading to the back yard pool area would not slide open, so you have to go downstairs to exit to the outside. ceiling fan in front foyer did not work and master bedroom fan makes annoying noises. property manager brought over fans to compensate. Good location

The door wouldn’t open. The fridge didn’t work our food got messed up. The pool was dirty.

Go-to stay for a group Coachella trip We loved that the house had plenty of room and amenities and its proximity to Coachella and Palm Springs.

My family and I loved this rental home! It was spacious and everything was so pleasurable. The pool was cool and great to swim in and the spa was so relaxing. Overall a great place to stay. The only complaints I do have is that the garage door was broken and there was a door that connected to the house without a lock. Anybody could have simply opened the door and walked in but we did have that taken care of. Also it says "fully equipped kitchen" in the descriptions but compared to other homes I've rented this kitchen wasn't fully equipped. Despite those 2 things, we would rent this house again, as long as the garage door is fixed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

We enjoyed everything about it. Home was great, everything worked out and we all enjoyed our stay. Gerald initially helped me out. From there I would call for addition questions and everyone was always nice and helpful!
