Great location
I was a bit dissapointed that the garden wasn't what the photo showed on the website and had been concreted instead of grass.

The house is lovely, comfortable bed, good facilities and good location to town centre and surrounding nature walks.
The constant freight train noise especially at night. Consider double glazing the windows and doors.
Also the outdoor areas need attention, very dusty and so many cobwebs.

It was close to Katoomba and national parks
The driveway was very steep and rocky

Lovely country cottage and very comfy. You could tell it was used as the owners holiday home sometimes as it had everything you would need! Would stay here again.
