The location was convenient, the property was clean and nicely decorated and had good facilities. It was useful to have the sofa bed. The coded entries rather than having keys was very helpful.
It was very noisy and poorly insulated from the street sounds which significantly interfered with sleep.

Great location, very clean apartment.
It was very warm (not possible to open windows very much) and there was lots of noise from outside all night. The lack of curtains meant that it was very bright from very early on. No dishwasher.

Excellent facilities and modern apartment. Central location within a very short walk to the city center
Very noisy at night as very close to pubs and bars. Drunk revellers very noisy late into the night. Stayed for the weekend. Possibly better during the week

Really lovely modern, clean apartment right in the centre of town. Everything considered for your stay even down to ear plugs and shower gel.
Very little negative to say. Some delicate less junky mugs or cups would be nice!

Spacious, plenty of mod-cons you'd need, easy access, bright and airy, comfortable beds, good shower.
The fact when we booked at the agreed time we found the apartment hadn't been cleaned so we had to vacate again until a cleaner could arrive after calling the company.
They offered no compensation for this.
The noise from outside due to being in the town centre was really bad and we hardly got any sleep even with the ear plugs supplied (drunks, party goers, bells ringing every 15mins)

Very well equipped apartment in a very central location in Hereford. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light, and overlooks the famous bull statue and Black and White House museum. Very clean, the entire block is rental apartments so you're not in that awkward situation of being a temporary resident getting disapproving looks from the real residents! Nice bathroom, efficient shower, and a proper bath.
Though it wasn't a major issue for us, be aware that the central location right in the centre of things with nearby pubs means it's noisy at night, especially Friday and Saturday - but that's to be expected in a city centre location.

The apartment facility was as advertised...generous with TV in each room, welcoming pleasant presentation
The noise level from the Square is very bad, especially past 12 midnight, a bit difficult to sleep..its the apartment's location, maybe the only thing they can do is get it fully air conditioned. With windows open it will be difficult.

Absolutely stunning apartment, clean, beautifully decorated, well kitted out (appliances, crockery, cutlery, linen etc) and very centrally located. Would highly recommend!
The access code was quite tricky - guests upstairs had to help us get in as they had had the same problem - sometimes the code worked other times it didn't. Apartment was quite noisy but that was understandable due to the location (earplugs were provided)

Facilities in the room appropriate
The key to the room was not working. Someone lied that they were moving us from room 1 to 5 for maintanance yet they booked someone and moved us. I say lue because they did not call back to explain even though i requested an explanation. I was very clear i took this as discrimination.
Despute calling for help with the code to the roomthat was not working nobody checked to see if we managed to get into the room

We had a great stay! Great location. Lovely and clean. Really comfy beds. Nice decor. Tv in each room was lovely too. Shower was lovely and powerful. Provided us with tea coffee milk and ice in the freezer what was brill!
It was a very warm weekend the weekend we stayed and the flat was boiling. Fans helped a little but was still quite sticky. Would be great if the windows stayed open easier or better air con units. Also maybe curtains as well as blinds because it was quite light at night due to street lights. other than that nothing

Brilliant central location for restaurants, bars and shopping. The apartment was stunning, immaculate and had everything and more that we needed. We intend coming back and bringing other family members, I can't recommend Isabella apartments more highly.
