My family and I very much enjoyed this location. It’s right on Asbury Avenue (shopping/dining) but it is still quiet. Only a short walk to boardwalk/beach. It was very convenient that there is beach gear available. Traveling with a 2 yr old requires extra luggage, etc. so having extra amenities at the rental was a godsend! The rental had plenty of room and a wonderful balcony to relax on. We will definitely be looking into rebooking this place for next year!

We loved our stay at 1151 Asbury Avenue. The place was very clean and comfortable and it's perfectly located in the heart of Asbury Avenue. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at Amanda’s place, we love it there! Amazing location, beautiful home, what more could you ask for. Everything that is included such as pac n play, beach cart, beach toys, made it so easy to travel with two kids. We hope to be back next year!!

The house is beautiful and at a great location! Right by a tons of shops and place to get food, plus only a short walk to the boardwalk. It had everything we needed to start the week, as well as bonus stuff like a pack and play, children's silverware, and an Xbox in it! The setup is very nice, the decorations are super cute! Everything worked just like it should. We had the absolute best time staying here. Great communication with the owner, she kept me up to date with things and answered every question I had. Perfect getaway!!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, plenty of board games and movies to use. Location was perfect. It was close to shops, the boardwalk and rides.

The property was exactly as pictured, very nice and convenient to everything. They supplied everything we needed for the beach and for the kids that we could ask for. The ONLY thing I could give for advice to other guests would be that noise travels inside the house so we had a box fan that blocked a lot out and therefore the kids didn't wake easily.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Both bathrooms and all 3 bedrooms were decent sizes. The location was perfect.
The only issue (not the homeowner's fault) to be aware of is there is only room for 1 car in the driveway and the street out front has meters. The side street has free parking.

Beautiful Home
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Everything was brand new, the house was spotless when we arrived. There was even a welcome gift for us, including a princess coloring book for our two year old! The beach cart, chairs and umbrella were super convenient!! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home!

The place is beautiful. Right in the center of town. The best breakfast place is right across the street and only 3 blocks from the beach. It rained the entire weekend, but we still had a great time. Can’t wait to stay again! Thank you!
