We had a nice time at this VRBO it was great for our New Years getaway.

The house was very clean, well kept, and stocked to make our family vacation easy and enjoyable.

This property was great. Very clean and a great location, and plenty of room for our needs. The host was super responsive. The 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds which is a bit of a bummer if you have all adult guests staying here, but we knew that going in and my 80 year old father in law took one for the team and stayed in that room We would love to come up and stay again!

Fantastic location, loved the fire pit, kids enjoyed the hot tub! Overall I would recommend this property!!

My family & I loved our stay here! The location was perfect being that the house sits right on the beach. My kids loved the game room & enjoyed playing the arcade games! My husband & I love to cook so we appreciated all the cooking essentials available as well as the community of seasonings & spices, condiments & other items left from prior guests. It made the cooking process much simpler. We loved our stay in your home & it provided us with the perfect Oregon coast beach vacation! Thank you!

We were very pleased with the home. Very roomy, relaxing, and clean. We particularly enjoyed being right on the ocean. My grandsons enjoyed walking by the ocean and enjoying the long walks they took.

This property has everything you could ever need and delivered all that it advertised. We had a great time exploring the area and came back to relax in comfort in this wonderful home!

This was the very best place we have ever stayed in and have gone to a lot of VRBO's. The ocean is very close so had the best views ever! It was decorated beautifully and was right on the beach and felt very luxurious. It had all the components that each one of us wanted. Hot tub that exceeded expectation by being able to look at the ocean, game room the kids loved, nice decor, nice kitchen with beautiful color coordinated utensils and amenities. We had never used an Alexa so was so nice to put on any music or ask about the weather when ever we wanted. I loved the extra touch of a second fridge in the garage. I also liked that it had a garage to park in (although my large truck would not fit) but was great for unloading stuff easily. One thing they did not show in the pictures is the propane fire pits (3)! This was a relaxing incredible experience and will definitely be booking again! Thank you!

Great house and location. Nicely stocked, easy access to beach. Very comfortable home.

Clean and well stocked. I love that we were right on the beach.

Unfortunately this was not a good stay and we had to pack back up and leave after arriving. Based on the other positive reviews of this house, the issues we had might have been due to the previous guests. After we arrived I received a message that the previous guests had broken a few things in the arcade room. When we entered the floors were all still wet and it smelled overpoweringly of chemical citrus cleaner, urine, and cigarette smoke. On the outside back deck there was a cigarette butt in the white pale. The screen door was ripped off the door to the point where our toddler could fit through it, and there were flies all over the house. I’m guessing the guests prior were smoking and had an animal due to the urine smell. In the listing it says a minimum of one day between stays at this property (why we booked it) but the fact that the floors were still wet and the smell of the cleaner, it was clear they had finished cleaning not long before we got there. The upstairs blinds were broken, and the downstairs bathroom door in the master was locked from the inside. Due to the uncleanliness, the strong smell or urine and smoke, the cigarette butt in the pale, the ripped screen and broken blinds, we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. Especially due to the overpowering smell of chemical cleaner trying to cover it up. We stayed for an hour after opening all of the windows and doors to see if it would air out but it did not and there was no point in having the property manager fix the issues as the main reason we couldn’t stay was the smells. No one has offered at this point to refund part of the trip as we were unable to stay, and for the price they asked when we booked, it should have been in much better condition. I also feel like it should have been honored that the cleaning was actually done the day prior and they should have alerted us to the issues the previous guests caused with the broken basketball hoop, ripped chair, broken blinds, smoking in the house, ripped screen door, and the smells and offered us the ability to cancel our trip and get a refund, rather than waiting until we arrived to let us know of only two broken things. Clearly they did not honor the one day minimum between stays or they would have known about these issues the previous day. I use this platform and others and have all 5 star reviews, and I have only given out 5 star reviews so far as well. I’m not a picky person but I do expect honesty.

What a great house for a relaxing getaway! I'm so glad we chose to stay in Gold Beach rather than Brookings. The location couldn't be beat, and the layout of the house was perfect. There were 6 of us together, and we all felt we had plenty of space. We got take out from several of the restaurants in town, and they were all excellent. The owner was so helpful, too, and was able to reschedule a home repair technician until after we'd left. We'll definitely be back!

We have rented vacation homes all over and this is the most well appointed beach house we’ve stayed at. Right on the beach, lots of toys for kids. Everything you could need and more for the kitchen. Great place. Just beware: the house at the end of the street (southern most end) is owned by a cranky old man who will yell at you and your elementary age children that the rock path behind his house is private property and go on and on about it

Amazing, immaculate, updated oceanfront stay. Loved the hot tub and game room. Kids had the best time!
