The pool key was not available and o had to call to get another one. The toilets could have been cleaned better around the rim. The floors could have been cleaner.

beds were too high off the floor for my elderly father to get in and out of without help

Everything was fabulous!! The girls spotted the welcome bag first thing. Such a sweet and thoughtful gift. We had more than enough space. This place felt like home. Very clean. Every-time we opened the door, it was like coming home and feeling loved. The beds were wonderful. It was quiet and relaxing.

The only thing that was difficult was reaching the dumpsters because of the snow and ice but it had to be cleared somewhere , it just so happened to be between the condo and the dumpster 😁😁. But any other time it would not matter.
