We absolutely loved this rental. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I loved that there was filtered water to drink, my kids loved the giant bath, it was great having so much cupboard space, and two bathrooms. We loved the patio space too to hangout on and eat dinner at night. We had a small service issue, and the maintenance men came up within a few mins…they had wonderful service. And when I spoke to the owner he was so helpful, and quick to respond. We loved staying right on the beach, the beach showers were so helpful with the kids too! We felt totally safe, and happy there. So many wonderful things to say!!!

We all needed some beach time away from work, school and life. Beautiful resort w entertainment and convenience of not having to leave resort for anything. Love the coffee shop.

We've stayed here several times before and always been happy this time was no different. Only complaint I have is normally through VRBO I book an owner rented unit this time I did not realize I was renting directly from the establishment. I prefer renting from an owner. Because it comes with a little bit more amenities such as laundry detergent and things like that. Other than that it was a great stay.

This unit was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay here again. We loved everything about this condo and I would highly recommend it. The balcony is very spacious and the view is awesome. The pictures don’t do justice to this place and the resort itself is very well maintained and safe.

We LOVE las palomas! This.condo was PERFECT! We were a family of 5 with a little one. The extra room/closet with bunkbeds was perfect for little ones or teens. Place was clean and loved the view. The 3rd floor location was a quick walk to the front desk, Citron restaurant, pools and beach. Will definitely stay here again!

I give this property and host a 10/10. The host was prompt in replying to my questions pre-stay. The listing was completely accurate, clean, and perfect. My kids referred to the condo as "Boujee"! ;) Thank you so much for making our trip unforgettable.

Check in was smooth through the front desk. They were able to have the room ready for us about an hour before the check in time on the listing. The unit was a short walk to the pool and beach. The amount of space we got was great for the price! Las Palomas is also a quick drive from the downtown area with all the restaurants/bars/activities.

We had an awesome vacation. Condo was in a great location minutes away from everything. Very clean, great ocean front view and we had no problems checking in. Condo came equipped with all your everyday essentials. I would definitely recommend this condo. The owner is very nice and answered all my questions quickly.

Amazing rental and place to visit
We had a blast as always in Rocky Point. This was our first time at this property, but have stayed in other resorts for years. This property was super nice with great views of the pools and ocean. Property facilities, cleaning service, etc were amazing. Highly recommend this property. Can easily sleep 6 and still cozy (not crowded feeling).
