Too many steps for my elderly dad.

House was nice, beautiful view. Relaxing deck.
Dock and swimming was nice,
Would have picked area location with walk in area for swim. Traveled with 4 year old. She can swim, just a little scary for her off dock with 20 foot deep water.
Upper level bathroom has a smell. Sewage smell..

loved the docs and the deck outside! very pretty view
the driveway was worrisome at first, a warning about how narrow and steep it was would’ve been greatly appreciated.

Great space, we had 4 people and 3 dogs, plenty of room for everyone. Nice to have the grass area since we did have dogs with us. Loved being waterfront, short walk to the docks, nice patio space, very well stocked.
Could of used a trash can on the dock and or patio.
