Bill and Cathy’s home was the perfect stay for my family on Kauai. The vistas from the porch, dining room, and bedrooms were breathtaking. Posted pictures could never do the beauty of this home justice. We enjoyed using the full force of the kitchen, from the outdoor grill to the extensive platterware to the necessary morning cup of coffee. The beach gear provided in the house was fun, easy to use and allowed for us to focus on adventuring. Bill’s instructions were clear and he was always available to assist when we had questions. And the new air conditioning system was a nice touch for warm, still summer nights. From the personalized welcome-sign-pineapple greeting us at the door to the courtesy of their home, Bill and Cathy’s VRBO is a must stay on Kauai.

My family of four was thrilled to enter a beautiful, clean condo in Kauai! We enjoyed a warm welcome (wine, chocolates and a personal greeting) from the owners upon arrival. The place had everything we needed from two bedrooms, to kitchenware, to beach supplies and more! The owner was very responsive and helpful to all questions. I don’t give five stars often, but this place deserves a five-star rating! I highly recommend staying at this condo and would do it again in a heartbeat! My family and I loved our stay! Really incredible. We were welcomed with Chardonnay and chocolates. The unit is complete, has everything for cooking and for the beach. A wonderful balcony! The rooms are very comfortable. But best of all, is the attention that the owner gave us. Thank you so much Bill for giving us this wonderful experience.

Everything was truly fantastic. Loads of kitchen supplies. All sorts of beach equipment, enough for a big family. Spacious condo. Comfortable beds. We loved it here.

The property itself is super clean and beautiful. It's is hard to capture the beauty and calmness of the view in the pictures online. The property is spacious and 1st class, Host provides lots of the items for a day at the beach for both adults and kids. Short drive to lots of restaurants and shops in Hanalie wich are all local/independent. We loved this place and when we make it back to Kauai this will be where we stay

We stay at a lot of VRBO rentals all over the place in Hawaii and this was our 1st time in Kaui...Bill is AMAZING! he is very very reponsive to any questions you may have and let me tell you the only thing more amazing than Bill is his condo! Absolutley PERFECT! this picutres do not do this place the justice is deserves!! our stay was a 15 our of 10! The condo is very clean, and very very spacious! the view are our of this world and so relaxing and peacuful....if you are looking for the poerfect ..and I do mean PERECT condo than look no farther! Bill you are the man! and thank you for the honor of staying at your beuatiful condo! Mahalo.

We had a great experience staying at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the views are amazing! The balcony faces east, and every morning we were treated to a great sunrise overlooking Anini Beach and the Kilauea Lighthouse. There's also a trail nearby that leads down a hill to an awesome beach. The wifi was fast and worked great for working remotely. The unit is on the top floor so it can get a bit warm in the afternoon, but plenty of fans are provided. There's also an ample supply of sunscreen and beach toys that was great to have. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

The unit was even better than the photos. Extremely clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. You can’t beat the view from the patio and the hosts were very responsive.

Renting this condo was an exceptional experience in every way. The owner (Bill) embodies the “Aloha” spirit and was so welcoming and helpful! The Condo is even better in person than on the VRBO description. The pictures don’t really do it justice. It is a top floor unit in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is a cook’s kitchen and is even stocked with many spices and oils. When we walked in there was a welcome card from the owners and delicious treats. The covered lanai was my favorite part- very comfortable furniture with the best view I have ever seen. Overlooking the ocean with unobstructed views of the north coast facing east. My memories of the beautiful sunrise will stay with me forever. The beds are comfortable, the decor is tropical and tasteful. Our family loved staying here and it was hard to leave. It was perfect, I wish we stayed longer than 5 days. Next time we’ll plan on staying longer. Thank you, Bill for your hospitality and a wonderful vacation at your gorgeous home.!

Extraordinary experience all around! Pictures truly do not do this place justice. It’s actually even a little roomier than I think photos portray. We had three boys 15-21. The owners were very helpful and the place had everything you could need. We will definitely return!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Orchid Point-Ocean View! This beautiful condo provides the perfect home away from home for your vacation in Kauai. The condo is even better than the pictures. The rooms are spacious, light filled and the view from the balcony is stunning. Additionally, the condo is very well stocked. No need to pack (or buy once you arrive) beach towels, sand toys, coolers etc. because the condo already has everything you will need. Bill is an excellent host. He provides detailed information regarding check in/out as well as a very helpful guide on recommended restaurants and activities in the area. He is also quick to respond to any questions you have during your stay. If you are debating where to stay in Kauai look no further. You have found the perfect location. We had a great family vacation staying at Orchid Point - Ocean View. Bill is a great host - helpful with the booking process, tons of detailed information provided after booking, comprehensive check in instructions, and great communication during the stay. Princeville is beautiful and composed mostly of relatively homogeneous structures. Orchid Point totally stands out (in a good way!!). It's beautifully built and situated. The ceilings are high, there's a ton of space, and the view is amazing. The condo is literally stocked with everything you would need aside from your own belongings. The kitchen has every type of utensil or cooking tool you might need - even a super sharp pizza wheel. Numerous snorkel sets with masks and find, beach chairs, beach wagon, and on and on. If you're looking for a place to stay on Kauai - book this immediately!

The was a beautiful condo with a stunning view. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking including a few pantry items such as spices and condiments in the fridge. We appreciated the provided coolers and ice so we could keep food cold as we traveled to other parts of the island during the day. The host provided directions to a beach within walking distance where we saw a seal on one of our visits! The host was fantastic and provided recommendations as requested and was quick to respond to questions before and during our visit. This is definitely a property I will return to in future visits to Princeville.

Our stay was amazing it was close to everything you need. The beach trail takes you to this fantastic beach where you can snorkel and see colored coral and sea life. We watch the sunrise from our ocean front lanai every morning. The host William was always responsive to our questions. Will definitely be back.

My actual rating is 6 out of 5 stars, for the exceptional hospitality and excellent communication of the host/owner (Bill); for the amazing views of the north shore and its colorful sunrises and sunsets, for the wonderful location and its close proximity to magical beaches, bountiful opportunities to snorkel (and yes, there are in fact giant sea turtles), scrumptious restaurants, and quaint local shopping in nearby areas like Hanelei; for the beautiful condo which was as-close-to-perfection as you can get with a fully stocked kitchen (great for those who like to cook), spacious living room w/ a huge flatscreen smart tv and panoramic views of the ocean, a balcony with enough chairs and open space to sit, kick up one’s feet, and enjoy the postcard view of the Kauai north shore while sipping drinks or enjoying a morning omelette with the entire family; for the sweet dreams and good nights rest in the spacious and luxurious bedrooms (each w/ flatscreen tvs) and windows that allow the cool ocean breeze to blanket oneself in comfort before waking up to the sounds of the ocean waves and the crowing of roaming roosters. Our host Bill paid great attention to detail to make the living accommodations comfortable, convenient (stocked with all the beach equipment that one needs for any excursion), and fun. He compiled a list of great suggestions for everything to do from the best beaches, restaurants, farmers markets, and even activities all the way down to ATV tours and helicopter rides. My family and I are so grateful to have had the magical opportunity to stay at this incredible slice of Heaven. Thanks Bill for making our trip to Kauai absolutely unforgettable.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family visit to Kauai Hawaii. Gorgeous views. The property manager was very responsive when we had questions. It was perfectly clean and had every amenity that you would need while visiting. We really enjoyed this visit and will stay here again when we return to Kauai.

We had a fabulous week at Orchid Point unit C! The views were absolutely breathtaking! The condo is super well appointed, spacious, clean and stocked with everything thing you could possibly need. The owner Bill was quick to respond with any questions and always helpful. The bedding is all very comfortable…even the Murphy bed in the living room. We had an amazing week and would definitely stay here again!

I'll start by saying that it's hard to summarize perfection. If you are looking for an amazing unit on the Northern side of Kauai, look no further. This condo was everything and more than we expected. While the pictures online are beautiful, I don't think they do the condo justice. We were blown away when we walked in to the view that greeted us upon entering the condo. This condo is perfectly outfitted with high end everything - and it's absolutely impeccably clean. The furniture and overall room setup were ideal for our family of 5. And this unit is BIG, which was wonderful and allows everyone plenty of space to spread out. The linens were fantastic and the beds super comfortable. We were super appreciative of the beach equipment Bill provides in this unit (chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, towels, and umbrella). We brought our own snorkel equipment but if you don't have your own, this unit offers a selection of every size mask/snorkel/fin you would need. Bill and his wife Cathy have literally thought of every detail in this condo and really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Bill was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our trip and provided detailed information about everything from check in and directions to restaurant and activity recommendations. Bill is a fabulous communicator and responded almost immediately to various questions I sent his way. We had the pleasure of meeting his wife while we were there, as well, and she was just as lovely and kind. I also cannot say enough about the location on the island.
