We enjoyed delicious 😋 breakfast. Area is very much secure and family friendly, mostly surrounded by famous national and international food outlets and a supermarket very near to the apartment.

The service provided by the Booking.com apartment was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests, from prompt communication to attentive and personalized assistance.

Everything was best, just maintain the service.

The facilities they are giving to clients are appreciative. Beds are very comfy and breakfast was delicious

Location was fantastic, everything available on door steps. The manager Mr Bilal was a very friendly and cooperative.

Electric cattle was broken, no Water cooler which was necessary in that weather.

Excellent location in middle on Bahria town phase 4. Quiet and peaceful environment. Clean apartment with all basic amenities including wifi.

Water flow in one of the bathrooms was slow. Host didn't provide(or know) that breakfast was included on day 1 of our 2 day stay.

The location was best, and room was really luxury and clean and host was very helpful and the view from room was also really good. Value to money room

The level of communication with staff was satisfactory, albeit, some of the issues were beyond their control. However, most was preventable and inaccurately described in their listing.

1. Smoking from other attached apartments would enter in to our apartment through the vents, creating a thick fog of tobacco smoke in our apartment. 2. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable, used condoms and sanitary products from previous guests, very worn out towel, thick dust on products and general loose items. This was removed by the care taker. 3. On the first night the bedroom lights wouldn't switch off, as a result, we had to switch off from the mains. This meant we couldn't charge phones or use the fan etc in the bedrooms. 4. On the check out day, we had no access to water until 10am and no Internet. 5. The listing described an 'exceptional breakfast included' in the price, unfortunately we were told that this won't be taking place because it was the weekend. 6. The apartment was more suited to bachelors and shouldn't be targeted towards families with young children, the neighbours (upstairs and by our side) were partying very loud throughout both of the nights. Some questionable people staying there, with strange noises, kids didn't get much sleep and spoilt our experience. 7. Gas cooker not working.
