Building was easy to access. Apartment was nice but not luxury at all.

Hosts bombarded me with messages about my dogs when it said pet friendly on the ad. Then we checked out the night before and we were accused and charged for checking out late. Message after message telling me we left late. I don't like being called a liar when I know in fact when I checked out. The cleaning lady apparently said she saw us at 2pm on Wednesday, when we were already back home kids in school and hubby at work at 6am on Wednesday and we live 3 hours south! Apartment was clean, nothing fancy, shower faucet broke and a picture covering a huge hole in the wall... Really rough neighborhood, but there is a police station across the street. Lots of sirens all night long!

It offered 4 bedrooms at a lower price

To reach downtown Manhattan by public transport, you need to take a bus and then metro. Sometimes it felt too long.

dishwasher didn't work, dryer didn't work, multi cooker works very slow... old appliance and we had bad neighbors, everyday at 12 am until 6 am, we heard bububu-bububu, it was very noisy

The owners of this property gave us so much trouble. From our finalized payment down to calling us almost a hour and half before we got there (we drove all the way from Florida) to tell us to cancel and just call and pay him the amount. When we told him that it would cost us almost the entire amount we paid for to rent to just cancel he didn't seem to help at all. He was asking us to pay the cancelation fee and the house rental fee plus deposit. We luckily worked things out after he told us that he was taking the property off booking.com bc of the fees he was going to have to pay. His whole vibe came off very much like scam artist. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. There were ppl coming and going all through out the night into the morning. On booking.com it states that it's pet friendly and we get there to see instructions on all the doors saying no dogs allowed. I have all the screen shots saying dogs were allowed. The wifi is horrible and barely works. The neighborhood is very unsafe the only thing going to that it sets right in front on the police station. There were no instructions on check out so we made sure that most of the laundry was done and stripped the sheets. We cleaned the dishes and made sure to sweep and take out all the trash. When asking about the deposit I was told that the house keeping stated that the bed sheets were everywhere ( they were not they were placed outside the bedroom doors) and dog hair all over them. Yes there was dog hair. The pillows had no protective cover on them and very uncomfortable. The mattresses had stains on all of them. They were hard and not comfortable. There were no extra sheets or covers and the apartment stays ice cold. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone. Thankfully the stay is over and we will stick with airbnb when booking another apartment just bc the accountability.

The location and the inside of the home is beautiful and well kept. The beds are so comfy and there was enough bed and space for 4 adults and 6 kids - No arguments by the kids on who gets what room and a 2nd bathroom plus laundry room that is an A+

The tenants on the second floor were disruptive. A lot of running from one room to another, jumping and play fighting but once I called the Host one time, no more issues was heard from above. The host was quick to get the issue resolved.

Nice size for money

No televisions, no proper towels and no parking available for such a big house

The house was clean and comfy, highly recommended for people to book this place.

They could of had extra toilet paper and towels but overall everything was clean.
