Location was great.
I emailed the owner twice (a property management company based in Scotland) informing them of a few problems without airing them to the public but haven't had a reply from either email, so I'd thought I'd share it so people know what to expect! There is no hair dryer as advertised- we had to buy a cheap one which was promised to be refunded...! There is no lift, as advertised. The place was ok but it was filthy. The sofa 'bed'? I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it (if I had a dog!) Bit disappointed with Pillow Partners really for not responding to my emails, so know what to expect if you want to stay here...

The flat is in a very good position close to everything that you need when working away from home. Very warm everything works well.
Could do with a bit of thorough cleaning especially in the kitchen area.

Comfy beds.
Entrance smells strongly of dog wee. Can see where the dog has peed on carpet in multiple places. Dirty and uncared for. Outside walkway to Apartment unlit and covered in dog poo which my child stood in. Apartment was dirty. Kitchen had crumbs on floor. Dirty cupboards and fridge. Washing up left on draining board. Bathroom had hair from previous booking. Witnessed a sex act in car in carpark at side of building.

Close proximity to town centre, shops.
Terrible odour in the flat!!! Not closing windows, dirty tolet facility and toilet brush, old and unpleasant kitchen pots, leaking shower, no bukb ceiling cover in bathroom, odd and various colours of towells, not white bed linen.

The location is great. It's near town's high street and Tesco Superstore. 5 min walking to any downtown point of interest. No need to use car neither public transport.
The building is confusing, and has a bed smell in the aisles. There is a outdoor causeway passage which was ALWAYS full of dog's poo and there is no lit on the site.
