- we were with kids, therefore, much appreciated the closeness to a playground and the pretty part of Zellerfeld (a bit far away from the city center, though)
- spacious bed rooms, good allocation of beds and bad rooms
- friendly and helpful host, quick information
- good mattresses
- clean (also the room of the washing machine)
- the dining table is too small for a more than 4 people (and it was placed in the kitchen where 5 people could not sit on it together and we carried it into the living room where it was in the way)
