As a reminder, we are a personal RV share not a RV rental, please respect our personal trailer as if were your own. You must return the trailer to the place of pick up on the date and time due and in the same condition that you received and follow our guidelines. Take a minute to revisit them before starting your trip: 1. Pickup is 3pm, return at 10am. Early pickup or late return requires another night rental. 2. NO Smoking/Vaping, Minimum $150 cleaning fee, if there is any smoke/vape smell. 3. NO Pets unless we make an agreement prior to pickup, a pet cleaning fee of $75/pet will apply. 4. Propane is not provided, prepay $50 propane fee for two full 5 gallon tanks or provide your own. Our trailer accepts 2 standard bbq grill sized tanks. 5. You must empty waste tanks or a $100 dump fee will apply. 6. Professionally wash exterior prior to return or a $175 wash charge will apply. 7. Due to Covid-19, our $150 interior cleaning and disinfection fee is mandatory on all rentals until further notice. Renter is responsible for wiping up any large messes and sweeping prior to return. All surfaces are steam cleaned and disinfected before and after each trip. 8. You are required to use clean sheets on all beds. We can provide linens by request, and a $150 linens cleaning/disinfecting fee will apply if you would like us to provide disinfected linens for all beds, please notify us ahead of time for this service. 9. Our trailer does not have a generator, if your campsite doesn’t have eletrical, we recommend renting a 3000 watt inverter generator from a local equipment rental prior to leaving on your trip. One is necessary to operate the AC, Microwave and any 120v items.
