Hot water suddenly turned off mid shower. There was a gummy film on what seemed like the entire floor area.

Everything - the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, chargable light for when there's load shedding, that was thoughtful. Neat and cosy apartment close to the mall and beach. Zanele was very helpful, thank you🙂

Place was fantastic i was really impressed with the rooms very upmarket feel. Due to my budget i didn't have enough for the valentine's day special but the staff still put roses and chocolates for me unbelievable! Thank you for the great service i will definitely be coming back

The place is really good and the host is very friendly and the locations is really safe.
Detail cleaning and have a pool especially during summer, it would help with going to the beach.

Everything was just perfect. I love the kitchen and bathroom. There is a backup light. Cables were available. The wifi was good. I love the addition of Netflix. There is privacy too.Definitely coming back.

Okay for one night stay
With the current excessive load shedding in the area it would have been nice to be advised that there would be no hot water, we both had a cold shower. Apparently, Unit 1 is the only unit that works off a gas system that can't heat up without power which I found out when I phoned to say we had no hot water.
There was no key to our unit or remote to get out the gate and I had to phone to get them brought over to us. The unit was however open to gain access.
The plug in the basin in the bathroom wouldn't lift out after use. The drains outside the unit were also blocked and overflowing after overnight rain, possibly because of the current construction work on site.

Cozy apartment near the beach. The hosts are really nice and generally let you do your own thing. Check in process was amazing even though there was loadshedding.
🥹It was very thoughtful to keep a chargeable light for us as guests. I will definitely visit again soon🙂

There was only one teaspoon. Had to buy more to get along. Only two breakfast bowls instead of three. Upon arrival, battled to find the unit because it wasn't marked as arranged due to painting. Keys were also not in the key box as indicated by the video. Arrived very late due to delayed flight - battled in early morning hours just to get into our room. Caretaker/owner not really attentive/concerned

Friendly staff. The apartment had all facilities and perfect for family.
Can't really blame people who worked there but they should be more firm with tenents check out. We can't be waiting for those who need to check out. But either than that, everything was perfect

Great location (close to shops and the beach), beautiful and cozy lil guest house with lots of amenities. Awesome host with great communication. Can't wait for our next trip there.
