We stayed here in February with another family for ski week. The house was great. Open and comfortable. Great kitchen with all the tools. Location is very nice and quiet and just a short walk to the lake. Was very pleased with this rental.

This is a lovely house with amazing space. It was the perfect winter get away for a big family!

Overall a lovely location! We loved driving along the lake every morning and evening coming and leaving the slopes. Some issues with heat and cleanliness but overall a nice stay.

Out of propane for bbq and fire pit for first few days of week. BBQ did not work and was not useable even after propane was delivered. Was told by management co. that parking boat trailer on road shoulder was not acceptable to Placer Co Sheriff. Spoke with deputy sheriff in person at property and they were not aware of this restriction. House needs an investment in drinking glasses and cookware. Both marginal.

Better than pics, very popular so do not expect to check in before 4.shower in master not working but quickly resolved! Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect home for two families to enjoy a getaway to Lake Tahoe. We loved eating meals on the deck and taking walks in the neighborhood. The window coverings kept the house cool even on the hottest days and the house was in great condition. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Property & House
The house is very nice and comfortable. We had plenty of room for all eight of us. The surrounding area is just what you would expect for a stay in Lake Tahoe, lush green trees and close to the lake.

Went to Chambers beach and had a few Chamber punches at the bar, did some hiking around Emerald Bay and was able to relax in this beautiful area for a couple days. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful location! We did experience quite a few bugs in the house and there was an opened granola bar in one of the dresser drawers. Other than that, it was a nice cabin feel and great spot. We really enjoyed ourselves! We did see a bear outside our house and the bear horn was out of juice. The management company was very responsive on all of our requests.

The house is laid out where everyone felt like they had their own privacy.
It was every clean and the linens in the bedrooms were wonderful. The house was perfect in every way and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tahoe.

We owned a cabin in Chambers for 35 years. It was great to come back. The house was great.

Great for family gathering.
Beautiful home with plenty of room. The kitchen is amazing and spacious, the decks are perfect to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Great stay by the lake!
I was thoroughly impressed by the home Julie has to offer to her guests right by the lake. The pictures definitely do not do the place justice as it exceeded our expectations in all regards. My only suggestion would be to check the water heater, our group ran out of hot water to shower fairly quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. All instructions, etc. were well done and made the entry and check out processes quite simple. The only recommendations would be: 1.) to get a larger or tankless water heater as the hot water runs out quite quickly; 2.) provide instructions regarding firewood for the fireplace as we would have liked to make a fire in the fireplace; 3.) perhaps add another TV. Otherwise, everything was awesome! Thanks so much.
