Pet friendly- we have 2 large dogs. This little apartment surprised us- it was cuter than in the photos. Not sure if Luis was a helpful neighbour or if he was the caretaker- either way he was super helpful & friendly.

TV did not work at all. Not enough water pressure in the shower.

Apartment had all utilities available.

Bathroom light was not operational. TV was not functioning. Excessive noise from neighborhood and neighbors. You can here what the people next door are doing.

2 beds, fridge and pretty clean.

place was just fine, just not clean when we arrived (15 min after booking here on booking.com). so we had to go to an early dinner while it was cleaned

property is very secure. With high walls in a gate. The owner of the property was there to greet us and was very helpful and nice.

The fans were noisy and so was the air conditioner. It sounded like a jet plane taking off. Also, the fans in the air conditioner all needed to be cleaned. They were very dusty.

Loud parties in the complex. The air conditioner was very loud and disrupted my sleep. Lack of drinking water.

no air conditioning in the living room, they were some dead cockroaches, there was only 1 used toilet paper in the bathroom, we went to buy more waited too long for the owner to give us the code to open the door, is a very small tiny pace, no WiFi available, the bed very uncomfortable hard, the place is not a walking distance from Malecon, neighbors very noise loud music , do yourself a favor and stay somewhere closer to Malecon for a little bit more money, trust

clean, quiet and location was convenient. The owner Irene was very kind and accommodating. Our coffee maker was not working and she immediately made a trip to the store and bought a new one and delivered it with filters.

The only complaint would be that it could use a shelf in the bathroom as there isn’t any real place to put your toiletries and it can get a bit noisy from barking dogs next door but having the air on can solve that issue.

Excellente reccomendation for Chenchos. Delicious food with great service.

it was very old and tho they had painted the condo to update it the years of wear and tear very evident. Not enough outlets, stove didn’t work.

Location is so close to Malecon and the nearby restaurants and stores.

The lack of lights in the bathroom and in the living room needs to get checked. The water heater in the shower is not working. Aircon and fan is noisy. They need to add a mirror in the room. Add trash can in the kitchen. There is only one in the bathroom.

No breakfast, no working coffee maker

No address marked on the building. No towel, sponge, dish soap, or garbage in the kitchen. No lighter for the burners. Bathroom not very clean

Irene is very friendly and the place is spacious.

The place wasn't clean when I arrived so the host had to rush to clean it. A little pricey for the area.

I don’t think the stove worked. we didn’t need for our one night stay so no big deal. we rented during off season and owners not easy to contact. maybe because it was mid January and they were not expecting the reservation. but we did eventually contact for entry to apartment. once in, we were very satisfied with the apartment and cleanliness. I would stay there again.
