The location was great and the house was perfect for our family. The photos don’t do the house justice. It is bright and comfortable with room to spread out. Good outdoor space and the hot tub was a bonus.

This is a lovely home in a wonderful location in Ketchum as it is1 block from numerous hiking trails and 1 block from the bike and walking path. Easy drive to downtown. Caroline, the manger was so helpful and very responsive! The home is very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was clean, nice and hot for those aching muscles after a day of hiking and biking! We would stay here again!

This is a lovely home in a wonderful location in Ketchum as it is1 block from numerous hiking trails and 1 block from the bike and walking path. Easy drive to downtown. Caroline, the manger was so helpful and very responsive! The home is very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was clean, nice and hot for those aching muscles after a day of hiking and biking! We would stay here again!

After a day of skiing we enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Carol was quick to respond to any questions we had. If you are looking for the ideal place to stay to ski Sun Valley, this is it.

We spent a fabulous two weeks at this clean and spacious home. The house, located in a quiet neighborhood, is just minutes from the Warm Springs parking lot. This was our 8th summer staying in Ketchum and this has been our favorite property to stay in. We love the quiet neighborhood but still very close to mountain biking and hiking trails, free bus and bike trail into town. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and we had another family of 4 stay with us for part of it and still had plenty of room. The house has everything you could possibly need. We loved the hot tub and fireplace for those cool nights and mornings. Great home office for fitting in some work when needed. We just arrived back home and we are already looking forward to our stay here next summer.

Our family of five had the most wonderful stay at this home. The location is perfect, near some of the best trails but close to town as well- the bike path is a block away and leads straight to town. The home itself is well-appointed, and larger than we expected. It has two huge bedrooms upstairs, two more bedrooms in the basement, and a daybed in the office on the main floor. We worked remotely from the house and the wifi was dependable. The kitchen was well stocked when we arrived and we made use of the board games as well. We were able to eat dinner outside on the patio almost every evening and loved the hot tub. We look forward to returning in the future!
