Location was excellent, we enjoyed being in the city center and so close to the cathedral
No lift - but at least I got my exercise every day

It is right in the centre of the city so very close to shops, pubs and restaurants.
The apartment has a nice and modern interior with all the facilities you need for your stay.
Thank goodness for the fans which were very much needed in the hot weather whilst we were staying.
The washing machines in a cupboard on one of the landings are very handy.
The apartment was absolutely spotless.
The noise from the street cleaning machines woke us at 5am even when wearing ear plugs. The windows are so high we couldn't see out of them, it was very hot while we were there and we could only open the windows a small amount to get some fresh air in to the apartment.
The top landing outside the door to the apartment was unbearably hot and after climbing three flights of stairs we all felt ready to collapse! Couldn't open the window there to cool the area down.
You have to be quite fit to manage all the stairs to the top apartments.

was a little let down by the dust and dirt under bed, as the rest of the apartment was very clean. Was charged £20 for a mark on table which was there on arrival. It appeared to us to be transfer from writing on the back of a brochure put back on a wet surface.

My only thing would be to have a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes when in shower or dressing gown that's it 😊

location was spot on, facilitates was perfect, staff on the phone was very thorough, privacy was accommodated to, utensils provided, didn’t sleep well on bed. dokt know if it was me or the bed so I am not going to mark down for that.
overall 9.5/10. definitely going again! :)
bathroom door wouldn’t close fully, defiantly needs an elevator.

Location was great, space was good for a couple
Mattress very uncomfortable, springs could be felt, probably needs to be replaced. Shower has a leak under the door which leaked onto the floor. Very inconsiderate neighbours making a lot of noise 3am/4am on Saturday night, mostly due to forgotten key codes whilst drunk.
