The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. The floors were not clean, living room furniture was not comfortable, master toilet needs replaced, handle on master dresser bottom drawer needs repaired, dining room chairs need repaired. Nice golf cart and the pool looked nice but we did not use it due to cool weather. The host responded to inquiries promptly. Lots of activities and the area was beautiful.

The house was clean, family-oriented for meals, different areas to let people have space or to engage in game nights while we were there. Communication from owner and property managers was welcoming and thorough. We enjoyed the holiday in the comforts of this house-thank you for sharing the slice of paradise with us.

The villa was very clean, laid out well, the kitchen was well stocked, lots of dishes, pots/pans, crockpot, spices, paper products and washer/dryer. It was great to have a pool directly outside and loved the 4 person golf cart too. The owner was very responsive with all our questions. We all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

House was great, we did not untilize the golf cart but it was nice it was there. Neighbors were friendly and once you get a lay of the land your in a great spot. The pool was nice. We had a small issue and it was handled promptly. You are close to the best club house restaurant food was awesome. Overall outstanding VRBO experience.

This rental is a perfect home away from home .The pool, the space , location was perfect. Julie was responsive , and accommodating.

Everything was wonderful. The owner thought of everything. Spices, paper towels, toiletries, laundry detergent, even coffee, filters, sugars etc. I have never stayed at such a well stocked, well thought out property. It was exactly what you needed for your first few days of visit. Games and toys for the little travelers and books for the grown ups. The pool was a great addition with nice loungers (comfy pads) and a table and seating area for 8. Beach towels provided as well as pool toys. We had a tiny issue with the ROKU stick but Mike and Molly (property managers) we there immediately and took care of the problem. Then we had a flat on the golf cart the next day but again they made a phone call and had us back on the road within minutes. The owner Julie called and texted several times just to double check that we were taken care of. Things often happen when on vacation but it’s how fast things get taken care of that matters. We were super impressed by both the owner and the property managers. We will definitely be returning as we love this location of the villages. I should mention the beds were super comfortable. The lanai was a welcomed surprise too. I think the thing that most impressed me was how welcome I felt as soon as I walked in the door. A basket of snacks and bottles of water were waiting on the entry table with a sweet “welcome note” and fresh flowers on the table. Now that’s how you make a statement. Note: I want to compliment the cleaning crew as well.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice and the home was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property.

For the almost 2 weeks we were at this property, the pool was unusable. The owner did offer to let us leave the property for a refund, but due to the credit card on file with VRBO, we couldnt get an immediate refund, therefore unable to afford another rental property. Not only did the pool not work, the ladder was rusty and the siding of the pool is coming off. The owner reported the pool broken the day before we arrived, but when we got there it was green and full of algae. Other issues include, rusty tiles in the bathrooms, dirty bath mats, no grill(even though one is pictured) the blinds in the master bedroom are broken and anyone outside can see inside. The property manager insisted more than 3 times that we keep the thermostat around 78-80 in the dead of summer. She claimed the AC would freeze up and it would be very difficult to fix. The house doesn't cool properly. It only cools right in front of the vents and not the whole house. The bedrooms during the day are extremely hot and miserable. Overall the house needs a lot of work. I would highly recommend finding a different rental.
