WOW do we love this house. This was our second year renting to get away from the cold Chicago winter and once again, we had an incredible time. The house is in an amazing location and walking distance to everything, it is completely updated with anything you need, Keith and Stacy (the property managers) are amazing and so responsive, reliable and have excellent recommendations. We loved having cocktails on the deck watching the sunset, what exquisite views! We felt right at home and truly did not want to leave. We can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The location couldn’t be better. We walked to restaurants (recommended by Keith and his family), the fabulous VG donut place, stores and the beach. We will be back.

This was by far the nicest place we have stayed. Very comfortable and welcoming, felt right at home. Close to great restaurants, coffee shop, Seaside Mkt. We’ll be back for sure.

Phenomenal location and super comfortable! Keith has thought of everything you may need! Including chip clips for ur tortilla chips Modern. New kitchen to cook from nearby seaside market-or choose one of the many local spots-that you can walk or bike too Highly highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hosts could not be more accommodating to every single thing we needed. The location was perfect and we just had an overall great experience! Highly recommend this for families, friends and any and all guests.

This house and location are simply wonderful. House is clean and organized with a fresh feel. Superb decor and a home away from home feel. Very comfy and cozy, perfect in every way. I was so pleased with every detail the home offered. Keith and Stacey were available if needed and welcomed us with communication and presence. Thank you for making this a perfect experience, I only wished we had longer stay, next time I will be booking in advance to get the extra time! We will be back soon!

Gorgeous accommodations. Super clean high-end everything. I havent stayed in a cleaner place .... including high end hotels. IPerfect area, close to local restaurants. You dont have to drive anywhere.. Great walking trails and the beach is, of course, beautiful. I will definitely go back. I loved my weekend there!

Went for a girls trip. Lots of great places to shop, eat, and drink, all within walking distance. We walked to the beach too. Beautiful home, nicely decorated! Can’t wait to come back!

This was the most amazing place I've ever stayed. I live in San Diego, but was in need of a little stay-cation and alone time. This place was the perfect getaway for me. There was SO much space, which was exactly what I needed. The views from the deck were incredible for my morning coffee with the sunrise and my evening glass of wine with the sunset. I love to cook and this kitchen was not only gorgeous, but it had all of the kitchen tools that I could have needed. I loved watching TV on the big screen with the fire going. I didn't drive my car once. The beach was a quick and very scenic walk away, the town is so cute and close by in case you feel like going out to eat or picking up some snacks and wine from the Seaside Market. It was such an incredible week I can't thank Keith and Stacey enough for taking such good care of the home and of their guests. 12/10 would recommend!

I truly don't think there's enough room here to adequately describe how amazing our stay at this home was. The house is updated and the decor is fantastic. The house has EVERYTHING you need for an incredibly relaxing, fun and overall most enjoyable stay. From olive oil and various seasonings to condiments and even a slow cooker, really, the house is totally equipped. We will miss having cocktails on the upper level deck watching the sunsets. The ocean views are just fantastic (even from the master bedroom bed!) and the location is amazing as you can walk to everything. We're two blocks from the beach and the view walking down is absolutely spectacular. Stacy and Keith are SUPER fantastic. They made EVERYTHING so easy. From checking in and out to offering recommendations and suggestions we asked about to being incredibly responsive getting back to us. They are the BEST! We LOVED our stay here (we even extended 5 more days!) and really did not want to leave. We can't wait to return!

When it comes to the hosts, Keith and his wife truly are the salt of the earth. They care about making everyone's experience a positive one. This is the second time I have stayed at one of Keith's properties, and each time he has gone out his way to make sure I had everything I needed. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking at home easy but if you want to eat out, there’s so many good places within walking distance. We loved Pipes and Best Pizza - the coffee at Zumbar is awesome and we had our favorite açaí bowls from sambazon. The beach is just a few minutes walk and house has boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys. The house is nicely decorated and was obviously thoroughly cleaned. Keith and Stacy were awesome too - they were quick to reply - had awesome recommendations and had great tips about shopping at the local market and introduced us to our new favorite salsa! We loved that the town was busy all day but quiet in the evening. Walking the neighborhood was really neat too - lots of beautiful homes in the area! We’ll definitely be back!
