We loved the location, particularly the view offered by the very large, private balcony.

We’ve stayed at Sea Colony for many summers and this was our favorite one so far. Very nice and roomy.

We liked the location and the layout of the unit. Clearly some nice updates done to the unit. However during upon check in we found that several maintenance items that were needed to the unit which were left unresolved during our stay even after reporting them. And the cleanliness of the unit was severely lacking.

This unit checks all our boxes. And although AC distribution in the back bedroom was a challenge, we still give it 5-stars. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating, beds were very comfortable, pillows & blankets were plentiful, center unit with great view. We are already looking forward to next year!

This condo has “everything” you need including a wet bar with a wine cooler too! The assigned parking spot is super close to the condo entrance & let’s not forget you can walk across the street to Dunkin Donuts for your morning coffee!
