The Sea Colony is a great property with everything you could need for a great week at the beach. The fact you are beach-front woth a pool and less than a mile to town makes it a relaxing week.

Views are very pretty. The kitchen is extremely small and only one person can really move in it at a time which caused some tension. The trundle beds are a nice idea but dangerous if you need to get up in the middle of the night as there is so little room to move around. Living and balcony too tight for 6 let alone 8. Hot water was a problem. Only one shower was hot unless you waited 15 minutes. We estimated a 25 gallon tank again not adequate for 8.

My only complaint is all the booking fees.... otherwise the place was clean, very well equipped and a beautiful view from the balcony or the living room!
