The rental was just as advertised, rooms were clean, it was easy to checkin and out, and overall a great stay. The WiFi did go out for a bit and was spotty thereafter but Vacasa responded quickly when we reported the issue.

The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful! Although, The proximity to the highway was loud at times. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. The hosts were awesome getting back to us. Overall it was a great week!

This is my second and final stay at this property. Upon arriving the property was not cleaned. We had to clean sticky stuff from the counters and tables. The second day we had mice come to visit us. The management team eventually sent some one out to look, that was all just look. A day later an exterminator came to put out poison. 2 days later we had more mice and they went upstairs. We also dealt with a missing shower door on the master bath. There is a lack of kitchen supplies, silverware, knives, cookware, and utensils. The house really isn’t a bad house but needs some up keep and a little investment of the rental dollars back into the house. For me seeing some of the same minor issues like a dripping shower both years makes me believe nothing will change and it will just keep going down

We had a lovely stay at 200 October Glory. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and plenty of linens. The house was also well-stocked with basic kitchen items. We loved the Bear Trap Dunes pool, and went almost every day. It was also an easy drive to the beach and if you go early enough, parking is a breeze. My only complaint was that the internet was a bit spotty. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful beach getaway!
We had a lovely stay at 200 October Glory. The house was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and plenty of linens. The house was also well-stocked with basic kitchen items. We loved the Bear Trap Dunes pool, and went almost every day. It was also an easy drive to the beach and if you go early enough, parking is a breeze. My only complaint was that the internet was a bit spotty. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved everything about this home. The new furnishings, toys in garage and the bunk beds are always a hit! The kitchen could be stocked with platters/chip and dip, glasses and a Keurig. The TVs were perfect. The furniture on the porch was wonderful as well. We had a beautiful week. Thank you .

Great layout home for our family gathering
Inside was well maintained and clean. Connenting to the Wi-Fi didn't work well which was a problem. Was disappointed that a complete panel of screen was missing in the back porch. Otherwise, love the amenities of this community.

Great Girls Weekend
Property was clean, well stocked and in a great location! We stayed for a girls weekend to scrapbook and relax. The pictures are just as it looks! Be sure NOT to park on the street as its not permitted anywhere on that ENTIRE SIDE OF THE STREET, you will get a ticket. Property management does not tell you this in the instructions and the sign outside is not clear and does not give a start and stopping point.

Excellent vaca home for 3 families!
Had schedule week at outer banks but Dorian had other plans. Able to rent this beautiful home at the last minute and it ended up being a wonderful opportunity and vacation for 5 adults and 4 kids under 10. Beautiful, large, clean, modern home with plenty of room. Only cons were parking (only for 1 at property), amenities close at 5:00 and kids under 16 weren’t allowed in the hot tub etc... we went the week after Labor Day. All the shops and boardwalk stores were still open just less crowds. Very, very relaxing and fun vaca! Will be back!
