Bear Trap Dunes is an attractive community with attractive housing options mixed into the buildings. I had no idea there were apartments within what I thought to be a housing only complex. I have stayed in a town-home and an apartment now. All of its infrastructure and buildings are fairly new. Interior room layouts were spacious and comfortable. Parking is good.

Bear Trap Dunes short term rentals are equivalent to any in the area inclusive of Ocean View and Bethany Beach. Often very nice places. Cleaning is minimal which is the norm in the area. The amenities at Bear Trap are extra out of pocket expenses if interested.
