It also has twin bunk beds and the table folds down into a bed. Comes fully equipped with three sets of bedding, towels, pots and pans, utensils. We offer delivery to various locations, which includes dropping off, setting up, picking up, and dumping of the tanks. This allows for you to show up and start enjoying your time away without the worries of setting up, then when it is time to go, you just have to pack up your things and we take care of the rest. We do ask the the campsite be rented starting for the day prior, as this gives us time to get it set up after work the evening prior to the stay. Guest are allowed to start staying in it as early the following morning as they would like. This allows for the motorhome to cool down, and the refrigerator to get cold. OUR MOTORHOME IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OUT OF STATE RENTALS. IF ELECTRICAL HOOKUP SITE IS ONLY A 30 AMP ELECTRICAL SITE, THEN ONLY ONE OF THE AIR CONDITIONERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO RUN TO PREVENT ANY CHANCE OF ELECTRICAL DAMAGE TO OUR MOTORHOME. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS NEED TO BE MADE IF WANTING TO BOONDOCK (no electric and water) WITH THE MOTORHOME. There is a stand alone generator that is used to power the motorhome during boondock rentals, the generator built in to the motorhome is not included in the rental.
